The employees here are more experienced and professional than the Auto Zone located in Brandywine. I had purchased a battery and got it installed by a Brandywine associate. The next day, my car would not start! It turns out, the employee did not know how to use a ratchet to secure the battery in place. The Waldorf Auto Zone was able to immediately correct this problem, and apologized profusely for another store mistake. If you are experiencing vehicle issues, please save yourself the headache and go to the Auto Zone located in Waldorf!

Dont even get me started with this place. The only thing they know is what their computer tells them and sometimes, I even have to guide them through there computer menus. There are some that know what theyre talking about but Im talking of the various staff Ive met over the years. There service pace is "turtle" and heavens-forbid someone they are helping is someone they know. No respect for others waiting in line... Ive been going to Advance Auto for a while now and the service and product quality is a lot better.

Cant really get help here. You have to find someone or ask for help even when they looking right at you. When you ask, they act like they dont want too or have an attitude. My welcome to MD has not been pleasant. Im not impressed with Waldorf MD at all.

One of the ladys up there is rude Everytime you call.hangs up frequently when asking more quedtions All of neighbors have had same issue. When you go up there pretty much same thing. not very helpful
