Just to be clear I never write reviews on anything, but feel I need to GO OUT OF MY WAY to inform potential customers to GO ELSEWHERE!!! I was online ordering some routine maintenance products for my SUV (Gear Oil, Thermostat, Dex-Cool antifreeze and headlight bulbs) and was pleasantly surprised when I saw this was the only store that had my Thermostat in stock, little did I know what a nightmare I was walking into... I went to pick up my order 5-6 hours later and expected my parts to be pulled and waiting for me under the counter (as was my experience at other Advance) but no, they hadnt done sh**t and I had to round up my whole order from one side of the store to the other with no assistance whatsoever! Things werent over there, no, I waited OVER AN HOUR!!! on my day off (Sunday) while they looked for my headlight bulbs, and only after that I found out the employee had been helping other customers and had forgotten about me!!! (an african american man wearing a beanie who was also VERY RUDE about the whole thing!!!) So he proceeded to casually let me know that my part was "out of stock" even though their website said it was IN stock (simple 9005 bulbs). After that they also informed me they were out of Dex-Cool anti-freeze concentrate even though it was listed as in stock at every store in this area including this one!!! So I proceeded to ask if I could just go pick it up at another Advance in the area, and after another 30min and an argument among employees they finally decide that that isnt possible and that they have to refund the two supposed "out of stock" items back to my card, and send me on my way to another store. After what seems like an eternity the slow moving employees FINALLY issue a refund back to my card and ring up the rest of my order. So 2 HOURS LATER I finally walk out of this sh**tstorm of a place with half my order and no time to work on my car until next week. Oh and Im still waiting for that refund to appear on my account, if its not there by tomorrow at noon Im calling CORPORATE and involving them. Ive had enough of the SLOW, USELESS, RETARDED, RUDE EMPLOYEES at this Advance auto parts and will NEVER GO BACK!!!

I went to the store to purchase brakes for my car. I was immediately greeted. The employee, Naomi, pulled up the available brakes for my car. She also told me that if I bought Wagners brakes, I could get a free pair when they wore out. She also gave me a sheet where I could go online to get $30 back in rebates. Basically her good service made it where I got 4 sets of brakes for $60.

The service at this store is lowsy,when asked the assitant mananger why everytime I come here no body is working or not enough people on staff. His reply was theirs not enough employees here to run this store effectivly. I told the mananger that at lease 7 to 10 people walked out if I was the owner I would be sad to see that much money walk out. ADVANCED AUTO PARTS GET IT TOGETHER.

Horrible costumer service. i was waiting for someone to come up and help for a long time and nobody even bother to ask if I was being helped by any other associates. So at the end I end up leaving the store with out making a purchase and an unhappy.
