I was driving to work the other day and I lost both of my windshield wipers while on 495. I was towed to a different store but they were not open yet or willing to help me. I drove over to this Autozone and I am glad that I did. All of the associates that opened on 12/1/15, were amazing. There was some difficulty in placing on the windshield wipers that I needed but they figured it out. They were able to help me get on my way to work without having to be towed to a dealership. They took the time to try different products on my car in the pouring rain. For someone who drives an hour and a half one way to work and who got stranded, I really appreciate their great customer service. They truly went above and beyond that cold, rainy morning.

I used to go to this place and staff would be very helpful. However I have been so displeased with this place the last two times I probably wont be coming back. For one they cant have a simple book for bulbs to look up your vehicle, nor for wipers. Second, they suggested that I had a certain issue with my car and they were not even close, that made me get a second opinion. Third, they are so overwhelming busy plan to stay for 15+ minutes in line. Ill continue to go to another AutoZone or an advance Auto parts down the road.

Horrible customer service , the attendants are slow and take for ever , i also went to inquire about my application and took like 20mins for the so called manager to come talk me , also they have now hiring sign but you go to inquire n they bullshit you to your face sayin theres no more openings ,thats cuz mostly cuz they have mostly women who know nothin bout cars workin the counters but since we are guys and we dont have a ass or cutty kat or a set of breast to sell they wont hire you , im calling corporate as i type

Most Auto Zone stores are decent, but this location is by far the worst auto parts store that Ive ever been to. The employees here are extremely stupid and theyre very slow. When I returned a couple of tools yesterday that I had rented, I had to wait in line for me than 40 minutes before getting helped. Ill never come back to this location, and the auto zone stores in the suburbs are far better.

Very bad costumer service when you get called up to the register they dont even greet you besides that they are rude and half of their employees dont know what they are doing or what parts the customer need the max time to wait is unexceptable! they need new hires in this location. So sad how many bad reviews they have.

Bought a battery here and had the old one in hand. The guy at the register, while I was purchasing the battery, said I would have to get back in line to get the core deposit back. After a few choice words by my friend, he went to another register and gave me the core refund. Bad attitude.

Always a wait and staff seem to be bothered by customers. Lastly, online orders apparently mean you still wait in line for the items to be pulled when you get there instead of waiting for you. First Autozone that Ive been less than satisfied with.

I have had Really Bad Customer service at this Location. Even Returning a Part and Speaking to a manager I had to wait a Week to get my Refund, not sure who is Running this Circus but I would be weary to head to this location Again!
