This store arbitrarily refused to accept a return of an item that was new, unopened, and purchased there only a few hours earlier. No notice was provided at purchase that returns would be refused, and the decision seemed to be based on the whim of the manager, Franklin. As anyone who works on cars knows, needing to make the occasional return is inevitable, so this store should avoided. Update: I talked with the regional manager, Fabian, who was very helpful. He said that my experience was not consistent with company policy and arranged for me to make the return at another location. I expect to continue to using Advance Auto Parts, just not at this location.

Every time I go in the store, Franklin answers everything with a smile and walks me trough the things that I dont understand! I have been at least 5 times in the past few months and always have the same experience.

Ive been able to find what I need here, but the waiting is terrible. If you dont mind helping yourself and you can wait, then this is fine. The prices arent that bad at least.
