Update to the last post. After 33 min of being on hold someone picked up the phone and just hung up. I had to call back where they put me back on hold so I hung up and called again and told the person of what happened. This is the part where they tried to help me out but the other thing was is that they didnt have the part I needed. Waste of time with this store. I dont mean no disrespect to the people that work there but the store is just trifling

Checking out here always takes FOREVER. They dont have a dedicated line for people who are just buying products and not looking up/ordering/picking up car parts so you cannot just go in and grab say... brake fluid and be out in five minutes. It always takes at least twenty, if not longer!

No one seems to know anything about cars and trucks its always 4cyl or 8cyl what ever happenex to 5.4 or5.7. Or 2.8 or a liter type some cars have 3 options for v8 engine size and so dont assume they are all the same. And when your looking for ac parts just forget it

WORST SERVICE EVER! They have only new employees who dont what they are doing and on top of that they are all mean people! I mean people that give you attitude!!!

Terrible customer service. If you need any assistance with your car (battery change, light change etc) dont worry this place doesnt help with that

Staff is helpful. The manager was able to show me how to change out my air filters and even helped provide the tools!

Always understaffed. I watch at least 5 people leave the store waiting in line because the staff is 1 or 2 persons.
