I love this location, The staff are always helpful. I always come hear to by most of my automotive needs. I get a fair price and I love they offer a Military Discount. But I am really more impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge of the staff. They always explain the difference between products. And even if they have a deal/sale going on certain products, they will a better quality product but cheaper. So you know it is not all about making money for them. They just want their customers to be happy.

There is a creepy black male who does not work there and "hangs out" near the register and hovers over customers transaction. Apparently he side hustles--which is illegal and invalidates this being an authorized Advanced Auto Parts store. Twice two rude cashiers have asked if I needed help after I purchase my merchandise--only to try to shuffle me off this this black male that looks like an ex-convict. Corporate needs to investigate this store ASAP.

FREDDIE is AWESOME!!! Very helpful,excellent customer service skills in person as well as over the phone. I cant say that much for the guy Mike that works there.He is the total opposite, unprofessional with extremely dry humor and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!!! FREDDIE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Went in with no idea what to get. Archie helped me so much. I gave him the list of what I needed and he grabbed everything for me. He was super friendly and considered the price with out me having to mention it. Great customer service!

Seems like everytime i go in or call the people working just dont want to be there or do their job. Just got off the phone with a sales rep who had quite the attitude and seemed like all he wanted was off the phone with me.

I told the guy what I needed for my car a simple tail light bulb and he had me by the wrong one. I never had a problem there before but if I see the same guy again I will go somewhere else.

Very helpful and courteous! They changed my battery out and put on my wheel covers. Its OK to tip them for the help, which I do, and its so much easier than doing it myself!
