My son walks in and finds a guitar hero guitar in a box still to purchase, has no price, asks how much; and they refuse to sell to him! Told to come back next day to buy then when you do they state "we tested it and doesnt work so we threw away" So I guess they magically got an xbox AND the game to test overnite!!! BULL****. Called store and spoke to manager who actually did all this to my son, and her story all over the map. I will never donate there again with that type of management in place.

Love the staff and their prices. I live in Hagerstown their Goodwill is overpriced at times. The Goodwill in Middletown is very well organized and not overwhelming. I found some treasures in their store. :) Keep the good work up and the awsome customer service. Love, Amirah Queen

Fair prices on items unlike other local goodwills. Actual thrift store prices. Can actually find some pretty decent stuff here also
