We had a design consultant come to our house. She was rude, didnt listen to what we wanted and you had to fight with her to get her to order what you wanted. Then once she placed the order (and I paid a 50% deposit), she called 3 weeks later saying they couldnt produce my rug. I asked at that time for a refund. Even after speaking to the Store Manager and the District Manager, and its two weeks later, I STILL do not have a credit for this product I will never receive. Save yourself some hassle and dont shop here. They have no idea about service recovery and the customer really does not have a voice that matters.
