LOVE this Michaels store. I am always helped by friendly, knowledgeable staff and I even asked a fellow crafter about her opinion on a certain clasp for jewelery, since she worked there and made jewelry too. The lady at checkout is awesome too. Her name is Mariana and she always puts the customers interest first. Just the other day she told the lady in front of me at checkout that she could scan a coupon off of the ladies iphone if she looked it up on the Michaels site. Previously she had a coupon at the till for something I was buying too. Not many people would do this for a customer. This store will continue getting my business because of staff like Mariana.

Absolutely worthless I just wasted 2 hours of my life shopping with my wife for picture frames. She finally decided on 6 and when we rung up they all were the wrong price. The poor attempt to fix the solution by management would have literally doubled the price. Left with the picture frames on the counter.

Very nice place. Very organized and everyone was very nice. Nick the cashier was on the sales floor and he helped us with everything we needed. He was very nice and helpful. Overall he was very proffesional and has outstanding customer service skills. Will be coming back for future events.

Its sometimes difficult finding what I need and the employees are usually busy helping others (minus stars) but they usually have what I need and the checkout staff is phenomenal in helping me get coupons and take advantage of all sales ( plus some stars back)
