On Saturday May 8, I went to this store looking for some paints. Took some Liquitex BASICS that had a sign “4 for $10” and some other stuff. When paying, I saw that they were charging me $4.99 each. I told the young man at the register about the sing by the paints and he made a call to check on the price. When done, he told me that the sale was on the brand next to the ones I took. I left the merchandise and paid for the rest. I went back to the isle where these items are and for my surprise, the sign was gone. I look for and associate and asked to speak with a manager. The manager was the same man that helped me at the register. I expressed my frustration about them taking the sign off right when he made the call and told him that it was false advertisement. In a very condescending manner he told me “Well if you want them you can buy them as they are”. Thank you Mr. Austin, for your courtesy. I went to HobbyLoby and paid much less at regular price. Here is a picture of the isle after they took the sign off where you can still see the clip that was holding it.

I have always loved Michaels until today when I tried to purchase some items for my Cricut machine and was told that I cant use this coupon because they dont discount Cricut items. I explained that all the other coupons I have received from them clearly state that on them and that is why I have never tried to use them for Cricut items but this coupon clearly states what it is not good for and it does not state that Crilcut items are not included. They refused to honor it and were not very nice about it. I failed to mention that I have spent over $250 in that store in less than 2 weeks. I guess I will start going to Hobby Lobby or JoAnns which is only less than 2 miles from their store.

VERY UPSET WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED TO ASK IF THEY SOLD FABRIC. THE YOUNG LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE BY SAYING HELLO, I WAS CONFUSED BECAUSE MOST BUISNESSES STATE THEIR NAME. AS I CONTINUE TO TALK TO HER, I ASKED KINDLY IF THEY SOLD FABRIC AND SHE SAID NO NOT REALLY WHAT ELSE CAN I HELP YOU WITH? YOU CAN HELP ME FIND A JOANNS FABRIC BECAUSE IM NEVER GOING TO THIS MICHAELS EVER!!!!!!

Convenient location, but for fine art supplies, this store doesnt quite make the grade. It is somewhat disorganized, and the sales staff (if you can snag one) usually cannot answer any questions. A good place ONLY if you know exactly what you need, and you have the time to hunt for it. Also, I found that Michaels tends to be a bit more pricey than standard artist supply stores.

Poor Customer Service! The Air condition was not working in the party room we rented for our little girls Birthday. On top of that when complained to manager she refused to do anything about it. Never Ever at Michaels Horrible Customer service. Jun 7 2014. Michaels Corporate should look into the rude behavior of it is manager at duty Priscilla. She needs to be fired!

They have more things than other locations amd its a newer store but when I come here I feel overwhelmed with how tight the store feels. It isnt as spacious as other stores but its still just as organized and clean though.

Biggest Michaels in the area...they always have unique things the other stores dont carry..the customer service is excellent and I have never had to wait ridiculous amounts of time to check out. AAAAAA+
