I usually dont write reviews however this experience was particularly unsatisfactory. We were not greeted upon walking in and never once asked if we needed help. I spent 15 minutes seeking help and then waiting for someone to help me before getting frustrated and finding it myself. I came in particularly because all the beads/crystals were 50% off however at the register they told me no after much debate they finally honored their own promotion! In addition, they would not honor my 20% coupon so I decided to use my military discount and that was another fight. I found the same crystals at Michaels and returned my purchase. I will not spend anymore money here.

Huge craft store with lots of options, Sarah helped me and she had the greatest attitude and was beyond helpful. Also seemed very knowledgeable and saved me some money by recommending that I download their app. Seems like this place always has sales going on. Can get pretty crowded at prime time but still a great shipping experience

Great store, clean, well organized, easy to find items, and staff was friendly. They could use a computer and scanner update though, poor cashier had to typing in everything because the scanner was crappy.

Horrible experience when returning some items. Store manager was very aggressive. She was talking very aggressively with a smile on her face. Didnt let me to put the word in. Never ever again.

Too expensive. No prices on items that are on sale. Sale items are still very expensive. Almost like the prices are raised for the sale.
