I was in the shop when the previous poster came in and the arrangement was dried out like it had not been watered. The florist was far from rude as he offered to replace the roses which were 10 days old. The husband rejected this generous offer and stormed out saying that he was going to trash this florist on the Internet. I buy flowers from the Enchanted Florist regularly and have never been disappointed.

Beware! My Husband bought me a $100 arrangement for Valentines day! Four of the flowers opened all of the rest did not. We went to the shop with the arrangement to show them. The man there was very rude only offered to replace some of the flowers that did not open. Any other florist would have replaced the arrangement. We will never use this florist again.

WOW!!! I am so happy with the experience I have had.. I dont live in the area, but wanted to send flowers to my mother inlaw who I visiting st augustine for her birthday, and of course it was so last min.. I ordered and within 30 min. they were delivered to her hotel. I cant express how thankful I am..Thank You...
