This is the most honest and respectable dealership, that I have ever done Business with in my entire life. They really set the bar high for the standard of customer service that dealerships should have. Even being from out of state, they made the car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable! They provided me with excellent customer service, and I am very thankful that they were able to work with me and around my busy schedule! I am very satisfied with my new Van, and I would recommend Prime Sales to anyone looking for a new automobile. Im so happy I found them, and I will definitely do business with them again. I HATE car shopping. This was the easiest, fastest car buying experience I have ever had. There were a couple of warranty issues that were addressed and rectified as soon as I brought them to their attention. Both Dan and John are very helpful as well as Alexa. I told a couple of friends where I bought my vehicle and they said they have bought cars there as well and always had a great experience. I can tell you I will be buying my next vehicle there!
