My niece was in a play and I wanted flowers delivered to her to congratulate her. I live in New Mexico so ordering something special over the phone was a leap of faith. But Fran, at Atrellis Flowers, came through with flying colors. I described what the flowers were for, and told her the age of my niece and her favorite colors, and Fran put together a beautiful hand bouquet that was age and color appropriate, and had them delivered in plenty of time for my nieces performance. I would recommend Atrellis Flowers to anyone who is looking for a gift of flowers in the Bay Area.

The owner of this Florist Shop went out of her way to go get me the exact flowers I wanted, how I wanted them and delivered them at a distant location within the 3 hour window I needed them. I would j=highly recommend buying your flowers form someone that actually cares why you are sending them and is willing to help you relay your sentiment exactly the way you wanted it to be received.

They are really bad liers I called asking for something special, 150 roses together plus a teddy bear and they give me a $220 price. Well the 150 roses never show up, so I paid $220 for a regular arrangement and a small teddy bear. I should go to Walmart and pay $50 for flowers and teddy bear. My daughter was in a play and due to miscommunication I needed a themed bouquet to hand out after a performance. I walked in with 30 minutes and left with a beautifully custom made arrangement that fit my price point. It was fawned over and complimented repeatedly. The staff and service is above and beyond.
