If you have metro this is the store for ALL your needs Al is the man a technology rock star he stives to make sure you are COMPLETELY satisfied before leaving his store in my line of work im always on the road so i have stoped in a ton of other stores and every time if im not there to just simply buy a phone or pay my bill i get the blank look face and am always told you will need to go to corporate but i know better i just wait until im in my area and go see Al he never seems to have any issues addressing my problems he is quick to solve them very honest and helpfull never trys to up sale just straight forward and customizes a phone or plan specific to YOUR needs i always recommend this store location to all family and freinds and will continue to do so based on Als superior customer service Thanks again Al you rock keep it up
