I order a bouquet they give me the wrong one and the costumer serves is really bad. I wanted one style and the made a different one because they said they did not had the flower I wanted in the color I wanted. If they would of told me that when I order and pay I wouldnt have gotten it. Then when I complained they walk away and did offer a different solution. The sad part I lived 2 hours away It was a waste of time and money. I have a bouquet that I wont be able to use. I really dont recommend this place they dont care for happy customers

Ordered coral flower petals online and the petals I received are not coral. They are not even the same color as the picture shown online for the petals. I did e-mail customer service and was offered multiple solutions to handle the situation. Ultimately, returning them was not an option because I would have to pay for shipping and keeping them would be cheaper. Customer service was great and willing to work with me, which can be half the battle sometimes!

HUGE warehouse with a big selection of any item you can think of. Its a family business with a friendly staff. They have great prices and will be competitive if you know of better pricing...just make sure the quality matches. Some items are higher quality which warrants the higher price, in my opinion.
