It is unfortunate for me that this Michaels happens to be the closest to me. There is a serious problem with service here. Weather it be because they need more workers or need to take a class on how to have better customer service skills I am not sure. I just find that at checkout they are always extremely annoyed with the Michaels app. I suggest printing out your coupons for this store because they get pretty damn ridiculous over a customer trying to save some cash on there merchandise. I also suggest printing extra and passing out some coupons to the huge line of people that will be waiting because they never have enough cashiers. Thats probably why the cashiers are so unpleasant and annoyed all the time. I dont know why they would make a Michaels app if they have such a problem with a customer using it. This is the only Michaels that acts like this so I guess I am going to be shopping at The Michaels at The Quad in Whittier for now.

Im a artisan and I go to this Michaels about once a week if not then 3 times a week to get my craft supplies. This one Michaels is the closest one to my house and its my favorite one. The staff here is always so friendly and know where to find a item if your looking for it. When there is a big line they put in more workers to get every customer out as quick as possible. I also love the hours they are open. This Michaels M-F is open till 10pm thats pretty awesome considering all the other local Michaels in the area closes at 9pm. They are also very well stocked up in supplies. I have gone to 3 other Michaels stores within 15 miles of the area and this one is by far the best one.

Sigh, they are not the type of business that would let you grab something and go right before closing. They close at 10PM , I came in at 9:55PM and they couldnt let me in to get something real quick. Not technically closed yet though! I drove from LA too! The guy didnt seem super nice about it, just said were closed... the day before Valentines Day and you cant let a girl get something?? I understand I should have came a little earlier, but I had to rush over here from something and they couldnt just get another business? Wished they were a little more understanding! They were still ringing a bunch of people inside....

Went in for tulle for a tutu that I am making for my daughter. I could not find it after going around the whole store. When I asked the sales associate if she could help me find it, her response was "uhhhh..try ribbons" and then she turned her back to me and that was that. Geez...that was helpful. After walking aisle by aisle, I finally tracking some tulle down in the wedding section. The selection very poor. I left Michaels empty handed. What a disappointment.

I wish i had gotten the name of the agent/lead who helped me enroll in the baking class so i can write the review about his service. He was super helpful and knowledgeable of the products i would be needing. I had walked in doubting if i should take it since i have no idea of the things we need or what to expect ,He advised me on what i should get and walked me trough it all, really made me feel confident about taking the class. ~~i give this store 5 stars~~

Place is organized and it is easy to find things. Always look for clearence items or sales. When youre at the cashier, always ask for a coupon-they will apply it to yoir purchase. Also, sign up for their emaol rewards; they dont spam you and you get some sweet deals. Staff is friendly in helping you find what you need and will stop what they are doing to better assisst you.

Its always fun to shop at Michaels. They have such a huge variety of product to choose from, plus they are always bringing in new items. Their sales are pretty good, and several times during the year they have best price of the year sales. Those are really fun with great deals. I would recommend shopping at Michaels anyday!!

I love this store. Granted I havent been to any other michaels store but I dont think I have to go to another because I always find what im looking for. Its true about the cashiers but its like that everywhere. There is always a wait for checkout.

A bit pricey, but they do have some killer deals and coupons sometimes. Especially on holidays, keep a look out for coupons. Also the line seems a bit long on the regular since its almost always crowded.
