Ive gone to this Michaels store for years to get crafts for the grandkids and we always loved it. Recently, I went to get a 20 x 30 photograph framed. All three of the men in the framing department were very helpful. The one who actually worked with me to get it framed perfectly was Jordan. He spent about an hour with me, going through matting and finding the perfect wooden frame. The framed photo turned out absolutely beautiful.

I usually come here with my girlfriend who loves arts and crafts. They usually have good deals and sometimes will have 50% off sale on some items a couple of times. Parking here is sometimes hard to find as there are other stores in this same shopping center. Its a bit unorganized every time we come here so usually its hard to find the stuff we are looking for. Besides that great store and good prices on items.

I am a very crafty woman and I love to take on different projects like scrap booking and knitting. I am always in a good mood when I am inside Michaels and always tell my husband to drive me at least one Sunday a month to check out new things for my book. I also love coming here after the holidays when they have seasonal items on sale up to 70% off. I buy and use them for the coming year to save me money.

I bought some generic poster frames here on a Monday night after 8p and had no complaints with parking or service. They have a large selection of frames (which are quite overpriced at retail). I caught a frame sale and got half off the Michaels-brand poster frames. I highly agree with other reviewers that you should look up and print coupons from their web site before you go.

I love Michaels now that i been painting, baking, and doing arts & crafts. Theres so much selection that i can spend endless hours here. What do you not have? If only Michaels was dating Daiso, I would have way too many unwanted things in my house. Pretty awesome place for gift ideas and things to do!

Customer service is not efficient, and lacking of awareness of the current items in the store. For example, "if you couldnt find the item, then we dont have it" and this was the response that I got from the sale associate when I inquired her about whether there was the item available in the store.

Its a pretty standard Michaels. Lots of cheap craft supplies and frames, good coupons online all the time, and a helpful staff. Not worth going here over any other Michaels, but if your in the neighborhood and in need of what they sell Google coupons and then head over.
