Husqvarna viking sewing store inside this Jo-Anns location has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I have 10 years of customer service management experience under my belt and I have seen it all. They sold my fiancé and I a non-functioning Singer sewing machine as new at $199.99. When we got home - and were excited to open the box - we were surprised to discover a needle already installed, and the bed plate badly scratched. A bummer, but not the worst thing. We tried to give them the opportunity to make amends by returning it a day later on July 5th, 2016 at noon. The incompetent employee reveals, "The timing was off and I tested it myself" which clearly implies she was the person who used it and broke it. On top of it all, they had no more left, refused to sell the new floor model under the conditions, "It hasnt been out long enough." Following this, we called the 1800 customer service number where the employee says, "We cant just pull sewing machines of our butts." Then, we got transfered to a manager who still hasnt replied to us about any of this. There have been zero attempts at making a positive experience out this mess. They are happy to make no sales or take responsibility for selling a used, broken product as new. What is this? This is a clear sign of mismanagement. Dont shop here. You wont be happy and they wont care. Just saving you the grief. Take your business elsewhere.

I have been in many store nothing can compare to Jo Ann I find it sad that people focus only one thing whichs customer support many stores are lucking good customers service so I wont even bother on this issue because yeah I also noticed their customer support is not that great but to be fair I also find one or two who really paid attention but what I like and care about most is discount, lol I love saving and Joann do just that, you cant believe their prices. They give discounts like crazy. You alway find something on sale. More like downtown prices so for that and the quality I give them 5 stars. If I was rating for customers support maybe I will give two stars because one woman really told me not to pull out things as you know those clothes that are slippery yeah I hard problem with those,the older woman spoke in an angry voice and she told me not to mess what she already fixed because the clothes were not in Order I thought well isnt that the job you were hired for organizing what customers mess up. I also love how organized that store is, so easy to find stuff I love joAnn.

Once the local Albertsons this newly converted Jo-Anns offers a plethora of fabrics and craft supplies. I too am in agreement that is a big improvement to the old Glendale location off of Wilson. But, then again it would be as there is more square footage and the space is completely new. This location has a little bit of everything - making it a one stop-shop for all your do-it-yourself crafts and party planning. That said, they left some departments low on variety and inventory such as silk flowers and foliage. Their selection of silk flowers is quite limited and with little variety of quality and price points. As for other items, depending on what you are shopping for, you can find good deals; on others it is best of you comparison shop. On my visit, which was just suppose to be that - visit the new store, I ended up buying a couple of items that I thought were a good deal. I ended buying a set of wood picture frames for $12 each originally $30 each and a set of three mini spring form pans for only $11.

There are two things that actually work here and thats the toilet and the front doors. Terribly sparse customer service. Dont really know why this is such a common issue. I can walk through the whole store and back without being asked for assistance. Im more like a ghost when Im just trying to find things. I spend most my time there just trying to figure out where things are. I end up calling my sister who works at Joanns in another state just to ask where I can find things instead of hoping that somebody shows up.

Great art supplies, great friendly helpful service, but in framing I was a little disappointed with the time it took to get my finished framed art work, back but overall I am ok with the service provided with this store, the framer working in back of the store was great help, I really appreciate all his input and helping hint, that shows great customer service to me......Thank you.

The staff is very friendly and if they dont know the answer they will find someone who does. They always tell me about on going coupons to help me save a few bucks too. Really big crafts selection too. They also have classes in workshop in the back of the shop where they teach all kinds of things beyond sewing. Like scrapbooking.

Rude rude rude. Emily and Penny (Emily worse than Penny). They are probably sick of all the customers, I admit we are annoying. But they actually show such contempt. They work in fabrics. Maybe bring them some treats to make them happy. JT rocks tho. Dont take my word for it tho, I bet theyre good ppl other days. Probably

Everyone was super nice and helpful there! I ran in 15 minutes before closing so I was expecting everyone to give me attitude for cutting it so close to closing, but they were all helpful and polite. They had all the materials I needed and a large selection of it so it was perfect. Very very happy!

Excellent selection and prices. My first time at Jo-Anns as I was purchasing material to cover acoustic panels I made. Spent about 35 bucks after tax and got about 5 yards of 57 inch wide fabric. Use their coupon for 40 percent off regular price items on their site!

Great Service - I found a lot of great fabrics to recover some chairs in my house. Not only on sale but the cashier at the register helped me find coupons to save even more. Here is a picture of my recovered chairs in the fabric I bought at Jo-Anns

I love this place! They have a huge selection of all types of crafts. They put out weekly coupons & if the checker sees that you are eligible for an additional discount that you may have missed, they will apply it. Great selection & great prices!

Friendliest and most helpful craft store staff ever! Organized. They have a motor scooter for handicap to use, with handicap parking right at the front by the door. Week of cyber Monday week 40% off is awesome.

They have a big selection. Hard to find someone to help look for items that are not common. Lines are not too bad. I suggest to download the app, and get a 50% coupon as much as possible.

Eh not a lot of variety but they do have fabrics...quite pricey though. In my opinion, Id rather shop at Michaels that carries more crafts for different hobbies. Nice place tho.
