A very ill prepared manager. Friends and I signed up for a class with our kids and they werent prepared. They did not even "know we were coming"... even after showing them the confirmation they suggested we were at the wrong location!!!! The manager kept giving us the run around.... Finally when we were let in it turns out they sold too many tickets because we did not all fit?! There werent enough supplies and when the associate running the class asked for more supplies the manager brought a few and said "theyll have to share because I am not bringing more than this". The associate helping us was outnumbered! She needed help but stayed as calm and patient as she could be but she did seem overwhelmed. I do not recommend coming here for classes.

I love to build model kits, so I went here to check if they had any x-acto knifes, cutting boards, paints etc. I did find x-acto knifes but were just the standard type. Thats not a problem but I really hoped that they would of had durable ones over $20. For cutting boards I was looking for the ones with the measurements and scaling type but only found ones without any of those. Its overall a great store but wasnt able to find the items I needed. Its more of a general craft store for only basic supplies. Very solid

I was there yesterday. There was a long line, but there are long lines at all Michaels Ive been at. My cashier was Gabby she had EXCELLENT customer service. I was there to do an exchange of various items and she was beyond helpful. And despite having to deal with a couple of rude customers she kept smiling and helping us all. Bottom line, if you come to Michaels be prepared for the long lines.

This place always has long lines. I visited other Michaels stores they dont have this issue. This is what I dont want when I go shopping. Having small children with me, I cant wait too long to check out. This is my only problem with the store. I went on different times of the day, same thing. Who has time to waste!

Called and asked if they had air clay over the phone and was told no. Went to the store for something unrelated and found 3 different brands of the air clay. Also, long lines with only 2 people working the register. (Southgate store)
