One of the employees was very rude, I asked her where something was and she pointed me in the right direction, then she made fun of me for not seeing what I was looking for, saying "its right in front of your face, why cant you see it," and in fact, it wasnt there, then when she realized her mistake she made fun of me again for how long it took me to start looking somewhere else

I went in to buy 4 single colored pencils and one of the employees (Nicole) was rude enough to ask where the other 2 colored pencils were at? She was suggesting i shoplifted. Very unprofessional and rude! I go here often and wont be going back.

I never run into a line here anymore. Id say the cashiers are better here than the other one (mainly with flow of traffic). Be sure you always use the online coupon. Not to sure about the benefits of becoming a member.

This Michaels is tucked away in the back of the plaza, which makes it harder to access, but also ensures plenty of parking. Store is on the smaller side, which makes their selection more limited.
