I had been given a dewing machine as a gift and was not exactly the quality I was needing, so I was told I could do a tade in to upgrade. Andrew, said that they no longer honor that. The machine has never been opened and still has all labels and sques on box. Its very unfortunate this machine will go to waste, i was expecting to buy both an overlock and coverhem machines. I will not be purchasing anything from joans any longer. I am very disappointed at being mislead and the lack of follow through. He even laughed when i said maybe Ill try another joans that may still honor the trade un to upgrade and he said "good luck" very sarcastically. I felt cheated and offended.

Ohmgosh! Love Love Love Jo-Anns (on Candlewood). The staff are ready to help with any questions. I observe the employees assisting many customers. The major super duper plus is...........................Wait for it.........................................................................................................................................Each visit, there is a coupon I can use, one lady in the fabric department asked if I have the app (this is on my first visit). When I reached the register, I handed the cashier my phone so she can scan the coupon and says that I can use more than ONE coupon. How great is that?

Rude guest services, a classmate purchased an item there a few minutes before i entered the store. When I got there I asked guest services were i can find the same item, the response was we dont carry that item, even after I told them about my classmate purchasing the item the same day.Will never go back to this location again. You get a 0 for effort in customer service.

The staff here is always so nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the products is great. Although the store is quite small, it is jam packed with all the stuff you need to knit, sew, or do any craft project you can imagine.

Nice staff & good pricing. My only issue is that Ive purchased candy melts on a few occasions and the do offer a great various but, the stock can be limited. And, when you need a large quantity and dont have tome to order in advance....

Love Joanns, their coupons are amazing and you can use multiple coupons per transaction. They have a huge variety of fabric, baking supplies, and crafting supplies. The line is usually a little long but it goes by pretty quick.

The fabric area is horribly they always cut material uneven and even throw scraps in. Most of their arts and craft section merchandise is very old and they are so expensive
