Im a regular customer at the Inglewood location. The tall guy which Im assuming is the manager is unprofessional. Hes always in too much of a rush to assist a customer with a question, but will surely take time out of his busy schedule to repeatedly reprimand a child who was playing with a ball. He told the child that he couldnt play with the ball in store and took it away from him. He started to walk away, but thought of something else to lecture the kid about and went back to proceed doing so. I needed assistance finding the item that I came to purchase. I said to him, "excuse me, may I ask you a question?" His response, as he never stopped walking away was, "yea whats up"....

Ive visited the location various times and was fortunate to find the supplies I needed at the time. However, the dissaray of the store can be quite frustrating, as one needs to rummage through the aisles in order to find what you one is looking for. Secondly, Ive been on hold on the phone for 10 minutes while inquiring whether they have a silver spray can that Id need. Two representatives are "somehow" handling the situation. ATM, the service is atrocious to say the least. I work in customer service and know damn well when someone has hung up on me.

I have been going to the Michaels in Santa Monica but decided to try this one out. So much bigger, better selection of scrapbooking supplies, it doesnt feel like a dungeon, wasnt packed, and parking was so painless (I dispise you, Santa Monica parking). For me-the selection they offer, the clean, bright store, and the ease of parking make driving the extra miles well worth it. With that said, I only go in the day time!

They have almost anything you need for crafting, projects and just about anything DIY you can think of. They have a lot of sales but you can also take advantage of their online coupons to save a little bit more. Service is not that great as it is difficult to find anybody to help you most of the time. When you do find someone I must admit theyve been more than knowledgeable and happy to help.

I would not recommended... their management ... Store manager = Michale Jackson, assistant manager Robert... Are really un professional I dont know how they can hire these people to work @ Michelle were creativity happens ... Do not visit Michaels in the city of Inglewood thats where Michael and Robbie work ass Managment douches

This Michaels location is large and well organized. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I found everything that I needed. They also do a pre check out. As you are in line someone scans your items. Then they give you a card to show the cashier. This makes for a faster checkout on busy days. Also, there is a 10% teachers discount.

The staff is horrible, I always have a promblem when I come in to spend my money with Michael arts and craft. This will be my last time. Veronica gave me a hard time to use my teachers I.D and her lack of understanding of policy. Robbie has horrible customers services. This store needs to learn how to appreciate their customers.

I like arts and crafts Michaels is one of the best stores where you can get arts and crafts very good selection,parking is great, cashiers and customer service is awesome, its close to my home. I truly enjoy Michaels I can spend hours in Michaels and Michaels every week Theres Something Different, and the sales be right on point.

Horrible customer service. I called just to verify that this location had an item Im looking for, and no one was able to help me promtply. Put on hold for over 15 minutes and upon calling back no one seems to be answering the phone. What kind of business are you guys running over there ??

This is the only good Michaels on the westside that doesnt look like a Big Lots. This is my preferred Michaels even though I prefer some on the east side like in Whittier where the stores are set up pretty much the same spacious and not so cluttered

The store didnt have enough workers there. Janet had a every bad attude and didnt know anything about crafts at all. Im not mad about everybody has to work. Please train your workers on the thing you sell. TRAIN YOUR WORKERS.

Large collection of cool items, but do your research and watch for their end of season sales. A lot of things there can be found elsewhere at a higher quality and better price.

Convenient location!! (meaning I dont have to drive all the way to Hollywood to pick up art supplies) Staff is ALWAYS extremely helpful and the store is clean and organized.

There are more things than you can imagine, in a great atmosphere. You can just shop, with no one asking you "What are you looking for?" of course, unless you ask.

I think they have all that is needed for arts, crafts, projects, etc. The aisle are always well-stocked and everything is always kept neat and organized.
