While there is good supply it is horribly overpriced. Today my grandmother my cousin and my dad went there to buy supplies. My grandma was going to buy some stencils that were priced at $1 when she got to the register the cashier, a red head, told her they cost $5.99 now money is not the issue the issue is that the cashier was extremely rude for no reason repeatedly said that she didnt speak Spanish but found no one to translate for her she also snatched the products from my grandmothers hands and saying repeatedly "GO MOVE" when some one who could translate showed up she decided to make assumptions about my grandmothers life which is in no way in any business acceptable. I am incredibly angry at the blatant disregard for your business. The first thing you learn is respect and the fact that you clearly dont respect that of uphold the standards of a well managed business showed how poorly youre managed. I have always had good experiences at the stores and after this one I think I would rather never do anything creative again than be caught dead in your store. If I was the manager there I would make sure that that woman got fired with no letter of recommendation for her next employer because she puts your stores good name in the toilet along with all thoughts of her. I hope you all think twice before shopping here again because we may live in Trumps America but that doesnt mean we have to act like as much of a terrible racist assuming piece of trash as he is. And if the woman who did this somehow reads this I hope your actions haunt you at night.

My wife bought a puncher that was the last one of its kind on the shelf. She came home and tried it but it was not working well. We came to the store with the receipt, there was no puncher like that (ran out), but even if it was, we dont want the same problems, so we went on to buy another type - a cheaper brand, thinking we can return the non-workable one, Then we discovered that the stores policy is that if the item is open, even if broken, it cant be returned! you can exchange it, but only with the same one (as if someone would be silly enough to do it). In this case, there was no other one.... So the manager was "accommodating" enough to exchange it with the cheaper product after we insisted. However, we ended up paying the higher price on the cheaper product This is bad policy and really not customer friendly!

on line sale deseving... I went on line to purchase the black friday sale item. I see the item available. I add it to my cart and go to the payment page...paid with Paypal and when I hit the botton to submit I get the message that the item is out of stock. I receive an email from Paypal with a transaction ID. When I call Michaels they say that the stock numbers are not update!!!!! So what is the use of wasting time? They did not honor their promise either and did not fill my order. Very deseving... I will not trust their site anymore...waste of time.

Its like someone took the arts and crafts section from Amazon, spread it out all over a store, and then tripled the prices. I often wonder how it stays open with such a gougey business model but then I realize that I always seem to end up back there. There must be something about crafts that demands we purchase them immediately, waiting not even a single day for delivery. Or maybe its the fact that I have a 4 year old who gets really excites picking out her paints and kits. Either way, the people all seem nice and helpful.

Tried calling to get help on two items and was passed on to two different people who both placed me on hold. I waited for 7 minutes and then hung up and called again, and was told it takes a long time for someone to help. I told her that I would prefer to be told they are busy and to call back than to be placed on hold for that long. She told me "let me get someone for you right away," five minutes later nothing again! I love Michaels but this is unacceptable!

1st, i agree with the other reviews as far as the female employees (most of them, not all). lazy...dont smile...bare minimum effort to be civil to the people paying their salaries at the registers. 2nd, most of the time they have stuff i want...but not always. i really dont think they are staffed well enough for that busy of a store.

Great place for good priced arts and crafts goods and materials. This michaels is usually clean and well stocked. Theres lots of sales through out the year so you can nab some stuff at really good prices. Staff is usually pretty helpful with finding things but not always too helpful when it comes to questions about the actual item.

If youre looking for frames, go to the one on Glendale Blvd in Glendale. It has a better selection of frames and much more friendly personnel. Metal and wood DYI frames I bought at Burbank were scratched in the metal and wood (which I didnt realize I got them home in good lighting). Never had that problem at the Glendale store.

One of the larger michaels locations in southern California. Very busy parking lot though and remember to bring your patience during the holidays. Many crafting options and great prices. Bring your phone or check for deals before hand because there is almost always a coupon or two.

Michaels in the middle of Burbank is very handy. This is a big Michaels and has everything a crafter could ever need! Knitting, scrap booking, beading, baking and more. I could spend all day here....I think I have ,actually.

Cant seem to leave this store empty handed and the floral lady was a great help with a last minute arrangement I needed. I come here often, there is alot of parking and I can almost always find what I need.

The stripe is generally disorganized, finding what you are looking for is difficult at times. The staff is not terribly helpful either. However, their prices tend to be reasonable.

Often noisy and somewhat disorganized store layout. Okay deals. Other customers have been slow and oblivious every single time Ive shopped here. Aisles are kind of cramped.

Always out of the highly desired gold leaf. They say its a corporate problem, but someone needs to address it, they have been fully out of gold leaf for 3 weeks now.

Ive taken a few cake decorating classes here and loved my teacher Linda. Also, the store is well stocked. Use your coupon with the Michaels App on your phone! 40% off!

Big store but always a long line for check out. They have finally gotten their checkout so that everyone waits in one line and next available cashier calls when open

They have a great selection of supplies but be warned, thru are overpriced. However they usually have coupons available to bring prices down to a reasonable level.

Overpriced and its kind of a guess as to what youll find. Disorganized. Nice venue though.
