Been here a few times and, while Ive had really great experiences with the staff before, today I had to deal with an extremely despondent salesperson who seemed like she had been working for hours and was over it... Compared to the other cashier who was lively and friendly with the customers at the next cash register. Sad to not give this place five stars but I was really dissatisfied with the level of service and surprised to see how little she cared about her job.

The staff are sometimes disoriented but it is fair enough. They have a huge art supply so I usually dont have to worry about it of stock. They have promotions as well which makes me coming to this place. Overall, this place is good.

Cant believe how much more expensive is everything there. I realize that store prices can be higher, but damn, Speedball 6-Nib Calligraphy lettering set costs $10 online and $17.99 (+tax) in this store. Its ridiculous.

Plenty of parking spots at the bottom. You can spend a whole day here if youre a crafty kind of person. Can get crowded sometimes but theyre pretty good at getting more employees at the checkout counters.

Michaels is cool I guess, but Im a 53 year old dude, not hugh into decorating with twigs and ribbons. But they have some great adhesives, felt, models, art supplies that I need sometimes!
