Dont ever go here! They swore theyd get us financed and "did". I had told them we had a current loan on another vehicle and he said it was fine no problem for us, bob was extremely unprofessional eating, taking calls, calling 3 other people in to do paperwork, talking to other customers, while we were trying trying to sign papers and ask questions. We got to take the car home that day but he called us back two different times for more paperwork the bank needed. Hed call late at night on weekends to ask questions and continuously badger us about the bank. And all of a sudden we cant be financed because of our truck loan after he said it was fine and TOLD US TO GET RID OF OUR TRUCK! The whole point was to have two cars. He was extremely rude on the phone arguing telling me im a liar i never told him about the truck. Now today almost. A month later i have to take my car back because we were denied! I am overly livid and very very displeased!

I got a car from here, a few months after getting the car it started having problems. I went back of course no help was offered in even trying to fix it. Now it going to cost a lot to fix and one thing after another is going out on it. So Im sure that soon Ill be paying on a car that I cant get fixed or smogged after only a year. I would recommend you shop somewhere else. Or if like me couldnt take the car your interested in to a mechanic to be check out first. Save yourself the $9,000 on the car and whatever its going to cost to fix it. I put $3000 down with my loan of $6000 and right now Im looking at over $2000 to fix it.

He states "Your Job Is Your Credit" and that is FALSE! We wasted several hours over at his 2 lots looking at cars test driving etc until we found one. So we go to do the paper work and he asked us for proof of income and residency read over and did some paper work. Then he states that we would need to go to Butte Federal Credit Union in the morning, since now it was after 5 and all banks where closed, to have them check our credit! We did anyways and they only check 1 of the 3 credit unions Experian. We dont have credit so it showed a 0 and guess what... "YOUR JOB IS NOT YOUR CREDIT!" Do not fall into his false advertising.

DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS, i financed a car needing something for my growing family. I found what i wanted but requested new rotors and pads, bob said no problem my friend and did the job. 2 days later the brakes are screaming and squealing, so i called and he said i find guy he re do for no charge. Well a month later with many calls i tried to do a follow up and ended up doing the work myself. Then the transmission issues. To close, this car is junk and this guy and his little crew are thieves with no regard for human compassion.

They really went above and beyond to help me find the car that was right for me. Not only did I get a great deal, but I found a car that I can trust will last me a long time. bought a 2005 VW beetle convertible, Im 21, put down 2k and financed through lobel. The car was a lemon, broke down less than a month having it, multiple things wrong, mechanic said dealership had cleared the codes on the car and knew it wasnt running right. SHADY. BUYER BEWARE!
