We took a family vacation and went to Key Lime Cove and the Jelly Belly Factory. We decided to stop by the outlet mall on our way home. When we walked into Brooks Brothers, everyone treated us like we didnt belong there. We were wearing jeans and sweatshirts, but apparently that meant we werent good enough to shop there. Then, my husband was interested in buying a shirt that they didnt have in stock. He wanted the 3 for $179 deal, and the lady that was helping him was fully aware of this. She recommended a different colored shirt so he wouldnt have to have it delivered (we assumed part of the same deal) and my husband agreed to it. At the checkout, she mentioned that it was $10 more after the transaction took place. The entire staff (minus the older gentleman) was extremely rude and I would not recommend this place at all! We called corporate to file a complaint, and they contacted the store manager. Not only did the manager do NOTHING about it, they had the person we complained about call us and ask us why we were so unhappy. It was completely unprofessional and we will never go back there again.

The staff here was super helpful and even got me a matching pair of pants, shipped to me from another store. The deals were excellent in the suits as well. If you can manage off-the-rack, there are deals to be had.
