I really wished this Walmart wasnt the closest one to the East Side of Milwaukee, I go there to shop for basic necessities and it seems like I cant visit the store more than twice without some sort of issue. Today for example, I was over charged on an item that was marked at $6.27 at normal pricing, now mind you that this price is an everyday price and not some sale that the cashier; manager; or other store worker that dealt with me could have gotten confused by. When at the check out lane, I was rung up at $8.97, not catching the mistake until after I had paid and started walking about 10 ft. I went to the Customer Service counter to find someone, and first off WOW, getting to the desk is like going through a maze! There were shopping carts filled to the brim with items presumably returns or rejects everywhere! Hell the whole store is like that. I then speak with a worker who points me in the direction of the store manager, who was at that time counting the money on the self checkout lane. Explaining to her the issue I had, I walked with her to show her the price sticker where the item sits on the shelf, it says $6.27. So we walk back, assuming I would get the correct refund. Well then she hands it off to another guy, who then goes to give me back my $2.00 refund. Well, thats not the correct refund. He refuses to refund me on the correct pricing of $6.27 not $6.97 ( $2 back would get me to the price of $6.97). Asking me to sign the receipt at $6.97 and refusing because I have already went through the whole ordeal of trying to get a refund back, I want my correct refund amount. Finally me and him walk back to the shelf for him to see that the price is in-fact $6.27. Getting my $2.70 refund would have been alot easier if he went to see the price and not argued with me about it after me and the manager went to go look at it the first time. And when shopping, make sure the pricing label has the same bar code end as the package does. The group of "workers" always mis-places items because they are either too lazy to check and make sure the item is on the correct hanger or they are just too dumb to even realize what putting the wrong item on the wrong hanger does. Then when you go back to get a refund, the manager blames the customers on moving the items on the wrong spot, while I can understand that happening, Ive had it happen more than 10 times within the last year and its on big and small items also. Its got to be the workers fault. All the other workers are always talking louder than socially acceptable, well socially acceptable to some point, you have to remember if you are going to shop here, you are on the North Side of Milwaukee, where workers can be on their phones, girls with long nails can handle your food, managers can deny going to double check the correct pricing on an item and where its perfectly fine for everything in the store to be scattered everywhere. Pretty Ghetto.

every time i visit your store on East Capital Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin it is the worst shopping experience of my life. the store is crowded, unorganized and the employees are extremely unprofessional. Today while i was shopping at the store the cashier was exceptionally bad, she kept leaving her check stand in the middle of the transaction to go talk to other employees, shouting across the aisles at the other cashiers when she could did not know how to price weighted groceries. On top of that she kept complaining and whining to her supervisor about her break. to top it all off she didnt give me 2 of my shopping bags and i had to drive all the way back to get them. I wish i could say this was an isolated experience but unfortunately this is the general experiences every time iI visit this location. the level of professionalism at this store is appalling especially compared to some of the other locations offer a much better customer service experience. another major problem is this store is severely understaffed. i always have to wait a long time to check out and there usually hardly any check stands open. it seems like this store in general is way too small and understaffed to handle the volume of customers. I love Walmarts low prices but the terrible customer service has forced me to start buying my groceries elsewhere as the small savings is not worth the big hassle.

DO NOT GO HERE. This store does not even deserve 1 star. I talked to at least 5 different associates and associates who could not fix my problem. I ordered a laptop to site to store at the Walmart Store at 401 E Capitol Dr, Milwaukee , WI 53212. I got an email confirmation yesterday that I could pick up the laptop. When I got to the Walmart last night the employees brought the laptop out but then refused to let me take the laptop because they said it had been refunded. I was never informed of a refund or a return. I have my bank account showing that the money was taken out of my account and never refunded even though they said it was refunded on February 22nd.(3 days prior) I was in the store for OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF and spoke to 4 different managers who could not fix the issue. They told me that if I wanted the laptop I had to repurchase it. I was not able to repurchase it because I had no money because I had already purchased the laptop and the money was taken out of my account. I am a college student and I needed this laptop to do homework assignments I have no help from family and friends and Im on my own. My previous laptop had broke I am very disappointed at this Walmart and Im going to tell everyone I know not to EVER shop there because they do not have their stuff together and because of my overall terrible experience.

This place has done a lot to rise up from the hole it once was, but lets be honest, not having items strewn on the floors everywhere and employees so rude youre almost happy theyre so scarce isnt exactly a plus. Its a skeezy Walmart but the location and prices are great, and its no longer extremely depressing and borderline scary to walk into, so...plus? Ive had the pharmacy refuse to fill a medication (misoprostil) prescription, claiming there was an error in the form...took my name and number, said theyd call me the next day, didnt call, ever. This is absolutely not a place to go if you ever want to return anything, either. Youll be in line for half an hour and be told you cant return/replace whatever (in my case, defective phone case with the week-old receipt), then ask for a second opinion, then your second opinion will go get someone else, who will have to call someone else...you get the picture. I most question why I still go in there, though, when a week ago there was a guy in grocery pushing a pallet of noodles and he turned and spat over his shoulder. On the floor. In grocery. Right in front of me. Sums up what sort of place it is to be honest.

Ok my first reaction to this store was bad.i got out of car first thing there people walking everywere asking for money. There is security in the parking lot tooo also people sell cds park all angled and no one cares whats the point if you have security i watched for a bit and all they do is drive in circles and sit in the back parking lot and play on there phones i seen it with my own eyes. Plus you go in the store and omg terrible customer service. I ask were something was and she was like i dont work this department so idk. Didnt even try if you work in the store regardless of your department you can help the customer elsewere jts called customer service and thats your job. And i went to speak with a manager about it and she was like i dont have time to talk im busy rightt now while she was just standing there writing something on paper. Im like can you please get me a different manager to help me shes like jm the only manager in the store and this is at 9am thats a lie it pissed me off so i left and here i am warning people they really dont care or act like they want customers in there store cause this is how they treat them
