Read the fine print very carefully and DO NOT believe anything you are told verbally as this store isnt just run by incompetent people with long waits and systems that doesnt work but also cheats. The store manager Antonio will hide all relevant information with the sole purpose of making sales and considering that its a retail store, even the corporate will not help you when things will go wrong. They sold me a watch with incorrect information and a phone without insurance (even when I said yes to it) and then refused to take the watch back within 30 days even though its completely at their discretion. I am going to sue the store for my issues that they refuse to fix and corporate cant help with. Meanwhile, if you really want a phone, there is a corporate store less than a mile from the store with more staff and less deceit.

Not a good experience at all. Went on memorial day holiday, to find details about my broken phone. The guy working there wasnt even interested in helping. He would ask us to fetch the claim related documents from the shelf. No eye to eye contact when talking. Came out with less information than expected.
