Always greeted, taken to what you need and knowledgeable. I cant tell you how much time I save over depot and how Im actually help vs handed off over and over again. Also I get a real kick out of the old timers not wanting to get help from the owners daughter only to be schooled by her later as she is extemely knowledgeable on almost any project needs - dont judge a book by its cover. My only wish is that they were open till 5:30 since everything seems to go to sucks status at 5:05!

This is not only one of the best hardware stores in the city, but maybe the best retailer, period. This place is the epitome of a store that cares about its customers and sees that everyone finds what they need. The employees are really knowledgeable about all the products in the store, and they always give the locals a discount. Nothing beats the combination of convenience, price and service that this place has.

My experience was great. Came in with a project and Skylar (the owners son and one of the staff) helped me find the best and cheapest parts. This guy knows the store and its inventory inside out and is genuinely enthusiastic to help you out. Definitely coming back for my next project.

This is a small shop, and you shouldnt expect them to have everything. That having been said, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it is convenient. Perfect for when you find you need a single tool or some small supplies for a project.

Everyone here is EXTREMELY helpful, and more than willing to help you with any projects youre working on. More than once theyve suggested a cheaper alternative to something I was thinking of doing. I try to never buy hardware anywhere else.

Have always had a positive experience. Someone greets me at the door and then helps me locate products. They can generally explain some of the differences includes "cost more, but is almost the same as this cheaper product."

seems to be what the youthful staff does best. "Excuse me, can you stop messing around long enough to help me?" They do, then rush to help, then rush back to antics. Not what Im looking for in a hardware store.
