I first thought the store was great, but after buying a defected item the return policy is crazy. With a receipt from the day of purchase I should not have to give my email address, my home address, my phone number, and show the my drivers license "just to exchange an item" this is crazy! I think Ill pay extra at other places just to keep some of my privacy if I do need to bring something back.

My husbands favorite store. The coupons you get by signing up with email and home address are awesome you will receive free items with coupons some products are a little low quality but most everything we have got here has worked as stated and has not broken.

Generally, well stocked and items where they should be but it can be difficult to find an employee to help. I always have to ask a cashier for help and as the check out lines are always long, this can result in frustration.

Always stocked. Friendly staff. They always take my coupons. Theyll also compare prices with their prices on their website. Before you shop Google harbor freight coupons, theyll accept them off your phone screen.

The staff up front are very nice, but the ones that unload a big truck are slow, the bathrooms are clean and tidy.
