Very frustrating in store customer service. Ive visited this location frequently since it opened. My visit today may be my last. I spent 20 minutes looking for a specific product that I couldnt find. I asked the key maker for assistance and he was very rude and treated me with disrespect. I like to support my neighborhood businesses but dont like to be treated as an inconvenience to the employees when I need assistance. Will probably decide to take my business to Lowes or Home Depot from now on.

They have the best nuts & bolts section in the city that Ive come across, including brass, stainless steel and metric sizes. They even have cork or rubber stoppers for that old Thermos bottle you lost the stopper from! Everything is well stocked & in its proper drawer (unlike the mega-corporation box stores, if you know what I mean). But admittedly, Im biased because I enjoy the feel here of the bygone era neighborhood hardware store; much like Stewart Bros. on Madison from years past.

no good at all bad service. i went in the store at 6;50pm the people in there had the nerves to go to the back and turn off the light on me when i was in inside the store. so i left and the guy look at me crazy. i will never go in there no more 1st time and not a 2nd time

Great story. Amazing customer service and quick in and out. They almost always have everything I need including odd size AC filters. If they dont have it in stock they can order. Friendly and efficient

Very bad service I was rushed by an employee helping me and later realizing a size difference. I went back to get the right size they turned the lights out on me while i was sorting.

Nice folks. Not as much selection as Home Depot maybe, but theyll actually take you right to what you need and arent rushing to run off to do something else.

The staff is not always friendly but it has the radio shack which is the only place around to get some items.
