The women in the pharmacy are rude as heck! They do not belong interacting with the customers. I along with many other people now days do not have insurance. So I called around for the pharmacy with the best price for my medication. When I called Walmart in the morning the gentleman told me what I needed was $4. Went there after work, they told me to come back in 20 minutes. It was ready when they said, but the price was $39.09! I immediately questioned it. She told me it was that price because it was tablets and not the capsules...I took a picture previously of my prescription on my phone. It said generic form, and did not say tablet on my prescription. One of the Pharmacists said, very sharply, "Well change it but youre going to have to wait again." So I waited another 15 minutes for the capsule form for the $4. price. In my head I am thinking...you know I dont have insurance, and you give me the higher priced medication? What a scam if you ask me!

VERY friendly and hard working associates! Higher Managment is another story. (Im a daily customer) From what ive witnessed and heard from MANY people, they are very rude,bossy, and demanding with no respect and not appreciative. Will treat employees like dirt infront of customers. I have seen employees doing multiple things at once and sweating and managment is still giving them tasks to get done on top of that and not even a please or thank you...Not right at all if u ask me. If the employees are working that hard to make the company look good, the managment should at least show them some gratitude and respect and be thankful to have such great working loyal employees. Other than that, all my shopping trips have been great! Fresh produce, hot deli food, great merchandise in good condition. Its a little disorganised though too.. i found cereal hiding with the barbies..

Inexpensive shopping in comparison however, Walmart has essentially made it impossible for smaller local businesses to stay afloat. The key word being LOCAL...when you purchase goods and services at a locally owned business that money tends to stay in the area...when you spend that same money at a large corporate conglomerate that money goes to corporate, taking that money out of the area, further driving down the local economy. While most of us know this already, sometimes we just need a reminder to make better decisions. This is that reminder...

Been coming here for years. Especially to cash mine and my husbands paychecks. Even after midnight. However, when my husband went to cash his tonight, he was told no. That they dont cash them after 10:00pm, and the "manager" said it was always that way. Which is BS because weve been doing it for 4 years now!!! At that specific location. So whoever was the "manager" tonight, has no clue. I suggest you find someone competent to do your work/job. You also lost our business. And we tend to spend a lot there. Ridiculous.

Im new to the area and while I am mostly satisfied, Im disappointed by both area Wal-Mart stores dont carry any of the common African American products that I thought were ubiquitous. I now have to either drive to a Wal-Mart in Illinois or closer to Milwaukee to find the body lotions, hair care products, and specifically the quality pillow cases for curly hair. Otherwise its a nice store with nice employees, Im just shocked that neither of the stores in the area have any products for blacks. Dissapointing.

Unbelievable. This is by far the worst pharmacy in the area. They made me wait an hour only to be told they didnt have the medication I was prescribed.. I spoke to the female pharmacist, her excuse was "we have some new employees". I will never go here again, and since I work with the public in lake Geneva, advise shrine who asks to stay away from this place and its incompetent employees.

Horrible was publicly humiliated twice by rude staff over my Identification and Ive shopped at my local Walmart for over 15 years. Just because my lisence is expired doesnt mean my age is any younger. I will not be buying alchahol again from your store thanks a lot for the pain you caused me I rode my bike over 3 miles in the snow. Very dissapointed.

Crazy and the wild Wal-Mart location. If I find items before they have been removed, (taken off inventory) or find on the fact that they move things around quite often, (local) (former Walmart worker) I call it a good day/visit. Can get your Walmart on here. Especially recommend for visitors on long or short stays. (Tourist town) Friendly staff

Disappointed the guarranty bank inside closed down. I often get t-shirts on clearance for $3. Enjoy perusing the clearance section often. I buy all my food here with no food tax. Staff is nice. Often swing by the for a dinner plate but ask for a sample first to make sure your selection is fresh and doesnt taste like old nasty grease.

Like every Walmart I have personally been to, very poor customer service. They dont ever seem to care that 10 people are in line while they chit chat or dont know how to perform their duties. Theyre always waiting for one particular person to come to the desk and help. If it wasnt for the rest of the store employees, I would only give 1

Ive been on the phone for 2 minutes and they are just now answering. Electronics answered and transferred me to bakery and now its ringing again for 1 minute and some lady answered and i asked if they have pre made graduation cakes and said oh let me transfer to bakery. They actually answered right away. wow.

Although the store is fine for cleanliness and products, the Customer Service counter is woefully inefficient. Employees come and go without offering to help those in line. One clerk attempts to handle everything. Lines can be five or more people with an average 20 minute wait. Go elsewere if at all possible.

Since this store has opened, I have had three license plate decorations STOLEN and my husbands car was hit today in the parking lot. The workers are very friendly and helpfull. You would think with the traffic of people in this store the manager could run the air conditioning during the summer.

Do not understand why employees need to basically have meetings in the aisles. I should not have to excuse myself and try to get around them! This has happened at least twice. Last visit I spoke with a manager, next visit it happened again. That was my final visit. Done.

The floors are very dirty, especially near and under the food shelving. I dont think they ever clean under them because if you drop something and bend down to pick it up you will see all sorts of random objects underneath amongst the dirt and dust.

Do not get anyones hair cut in their salon. My daughter looks like her hair was cut with a weed cutter.. Horrible. They refuse to dry you hair to see if its cut pproperly. So if you want to look worse then when you came in.... Never again!
