I used to love target and had always had great service when checking out. So I thought it would be nice to try and join that team by applying. As always, I believe that it is respectful to introduce myself in person to the hiring manager, letting them know I plan to apply for a job, only asking for a moment of their time if they are free. So I called to see when they leave for the day so I may see them beforehand. When I called the person I had spoken with was very short with me and when I told them why I was calling, they completely belittled me, reassuring me that they had online applications only. I told them I completely understood and was going to do just that, but also wanted to simply introduce myself in person. They completely blew me off and refused to let me speak with the manager over the phone or tell me when they would leave. After reconciliation, I decided to stop in one day to try and find the manager in persom this time. The exact same thing happened, even after the fact that I had told them that I knew it was online applications only, and that I wanted only but a few moments of their time to place a face to my name when applying. The person I spoke with said, "Yeah I thought the same thing when I applied here, but if anyone were to call the manager over for something like this, they would be pretty upset and annoyed". At that point I was fairly upset and left. If that is the true case in the matter Target, I believe you need to rethink about what customer service is. Whether I am a customer buying, someone coming in to apply, or even am employee, I am still a customer that most companies believe should be treated with respect and courtesy. If any one of the employees there that I had spoken with was more polite and professional, I would still at least continue to go to that store. But instead I received nothing but disrespect and most definitely will never consider applying there if that is how managment is there.

Standard target shopping experience in a small town. I have to say that I did enjoy the target experience here for shopping and that they have almost anything that you could want from a target. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. The parking lot can get to be a cluster as there arent that many shopping experiences in the town and so most people end up here or at Walmart. If you want a good deal on almost anything from clothes, electronics, or even snacks this is a good place to go in town.

AWFUL!!!!! The day I need to download a stupid app to get the sale price, is when I start shopping elsewhere, which now Kohls totally gets 100% of my business!!! Get to a checkout line, knowing you saw 25% off this or that, and the worker goes, oh Im sorry you need an app!!!!! Never again, your store sucks!!!!!;;;;;;;;

JPM supports Target! I love Target! I first shopped one way back in 1979 in Minot ND. Then went almost 20 years as Chicago didnt have Target until the late 90s. I Have been a guest since. Didnt have a Red Card credit account until 2012, just got my new one! I usually am a Target guest once or twice a week.

Its clean (the clean restroom guy is right!) and pretty well stocked. The prices are competitive. My only complaint--and its a big one--is that they never have enough people on the registers. There are never enough registers open, even when the lines are 7 or 8 people long. They need to address this.

Love cartwheel app and being able to text for the coupons ...prices are a bit higher than other places but its still a nice place to shop. Wish theyd play music in the store though especially at Christmas time

My local Target was out of a camera that I wanted. They had the FDL store hold it for me. When I walked in they had it held and were able to check me out right away.
