Younkers "coupons" are nothing but a lot of bait-and-switch! They send you a coupon for 10% or 20% off, and when you get in the store and try to use it, they tell you that it doesnt apply to the item youre buying, because THAT item is a "premium" item, or a "special" item, or some other kind of b-s. I dont like playing coupon games to begin with, but if youre the type that does, go to Kohls. At least Kohls honors their coupons--which is more than can be said for Younkers.

The cashiers were really rude and were whispering behind their backs during transaction, then they wouldnt let me use a coupon because it was already 25% off sale but the lady before me was allowed to use multiple coupons. When I asked about it she said that you had to have a Yonkers credit card to get all the benefits. What is that about? I would have saved like $5maybe. But I definitely wont be going back anytime soon.

the lady who checked me out had terrible customer service. she didnt even tell me to have a good night. she acted like i was stupid. never going back to this one. two very big thumbs down.
