Worst possible customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store. First off, called 2 seperate times to have someone check on an item, was hung up on TWICE! Getting to the store, to find what I was looking for, to be told by the 17 year old smart ass "it says its on the floor, we have none in back. But I dont know where it would be". Awesome! Then to have the wrong item, with wrong price rung up, to have Im assuming a "manager" tell us, "Well if you want to walk back there and show me where the price was listed.." 2 days before Christmas at 7 months pregnant! Totally rude! I will never shop here again!

This Target is almost always busy but yet manages to present one of the worst shopping experiences. The lack of alternative shopping has certainly been to their advantage. Often products are understocked or unavailable. The clothing and shoes are seldom tidy. Many of the staff members are difficult to find. And no matter what, even if you are caffeine deprived, do not step into the black hole of a Starbucks.

Prices may be higher than advertised, and higher than other area Target stores. Went to this store to purchase 12 pack cans of Pepsi products advertised 4 for $10 in the ad in the local newspaper. Got to the store and the items were priced at 4 for $12. Another Target in the area had the items at the lower, advertised price. The Lake Geneva location will no longer be my primary Target store.

LOVE Target! Everything I need in a clean store where the employees actually want to help you find what youre looking for instead of avoiding eye contact and running away because it seemed like you needed help (cough, cough: Wally world). Use Cartwheel, saves you tons!

We have been shopping here on a weekly basis since they opened. Clean store and friendly employees that are always willing to help. Okay selection for the size of the store. Kind of wish iy was a super Target. Love that I can get a Statbucks drink and go shop.

I go here at least 4 times a week. If an item is lower online they will price match it. I use the Cartwheel app for extra savings. I prefer Target over any other local store its clean, good prices, good quality, good selection.

Typically, very quick and very helpful staff. Clean and well kept. Merchandise is handled well from what I can see. My "go to" place for things I need :)

Its a store...? No great deals..they have a food selection thats nice (the only reason for 3 stars) we get our meds there..nice pharmacy and people..

Dont try to shop in the food aisles before 1 pm. The aisles are blocked by employees and stocking equipment.
