I like the layout of the Schaumburg store better. This store reminds me of Neimen Marcus layout (which Im not a fan of). Its easy to get lost in this store, things/sections are not clearly designated. Of course this wont keep me from visiting the store, it just doesnt make me want to shop there often.

Friendly staff, great designer handbag selection ... very disappointed in the quality and selection of clothing and shoes. Most items seemed outdated and tired and "off" brand. Nothing like the selection in Schaumburg. Felt more like a TJMaxx. Would rather make the drive to Schaumburg.

Visited the store for the first time. Pretty disappointed. The staff was great, and the store was clean, but there wasnt much of a selection, and the quality of the products wasnt great. Not like other Nordstrom Racks Ive been to .

I totally agree with the person that compared to TJ Maxx. I love the one in Schaumburg and this is nothing like it. So bummed, was really looking forward to having something closer.

As far as Nordstrom Rack goes, this store was clean and neat compared to others Ive been to. Found some great deals on kid shoes but not for me.
