When you go into a Walmart, you know what youre getting, though there definitely are those that stand out in terms of cleanliness, interior design and selection. This is not one of them. Its a big, bright, cold, uninviting Walmart, which I only shop for price, convenience and (sometimes) selection. I dont feel good about myself when I do shop here. There are Walmarts that at least feel a little inviting with distinctive lighting in the produce area and such, and this is just a big, wide open grazing area of a big box store. The kind of place you want to get in and get out as fast as you can. The personnel here are never terribly chipper on the whole and not very helpful, though there are greeters and a very select few cashiers that rise above the rest. Customer service and store pickup here is a joke, had to wait a half hour for a store pickup person to arrive at their post for a simple 30-second pickup. I had to keep going back to customer service to have them page someone up to the pickup desk and they VERY condescendingly complied after repeated asking to do so. Ship to home instead - youll thank yourself. Meijer and Target may cost a bit more and not be exactly where its convenient for you, but youll have a much happier soul if you shop those places. Never had a bad customer experience in those other places.

It is good that Walmart can provide some products for lower price. I heard they dont their people that will, but I can see why when I bought some tires and try to have them work on the car. They dont put the lift on the right points on the vehicle, so they dented my car body underside. Now they said they cant work on my vehicle because its too rusty. I told them that they put on the wrong points on the car. But they refuse to work on it do to liability purpose. Will, after all this time and they are use less. I took the vehicle home use a floor jack and put on jack stands and took a picture of it and took the old tires to them to get the tires switch out. I waited around since 2:45pm and it was 6pm. What a waste of time. I wait until they finished switch out the tires. But there were times that I feltI just go to a different place. Here is a photo of the vehicle on jack stand. By the way, Walmart please training you boss mechanic how to put lift on the vehicles.

I just left this store a couple hours ago, and must say I have never been treated so unprofessionally by staff at any store. After checkout, as I was walking away I could hear the cashier speaking ill of my appearance to the next customer in line. I wont repeat what she said only that it started with "that guy" and was loud enough for me to hear, and I am assuming some others as well. I have never been treated like that in a store before, perhaps I was overdressed? Too many pimples on my face? Ill leave it to anyone reading to fill in the blank with whatever some child could make fun of an adult for. In any case it is disrespectful, and disgraceful to the company she represents.

I was looking for a garage opener "clicker". The employee that helped e pick out a product for the garden, told me the clickers were in the hardware dept. While I was walking around that area, he tracked me down, handed me a clicker snd said, " Since I wasnt sur where these were, I thought it might be difficult for you to find them, too." This was a VERY nice surprise and totally unexpected. In the past couple of times I shopped at this Walmart, the service has been better than ever before.

Walmart in general is a good place to shop, however most staff are not courteous here. If you are from the south it is a culture shock not to get a reply for a thank you or you just get a "yup". This seems the norm around here so it could just be my upbringing. Ive observed twice in the hunting/sporting section the associate be absolutely rude. Once because he had no idea about processing a fishing license and the second I would just say seemed plan racist.

They have pretty much everything a Walmart should except for the fact that when I called the lady that answered the phone sounded as if she wanted to die and put me on hold for 10+ minutes. I decided to go there to check out what they had and the selection was great but the employees made me not want to go back. They play around in the aisles and their customer service skills are terrible not to mention that no one knows where anything is.

I ordered my kids birthday cakes a week in advance.. went to pick them up half an hiur before their party and they had the wrong cake! They claimed they could fix it but what I got in return was a complete disaster! I mean this cake looked horrible! I had to pay full price for this awful cake that looked nothing like I wanted. And I was late for my kids birthday party! Very disappointed.

Had to wait for someone to come to the craft and sewing area about maybe 10 minutes before I finally I had to call on my phone in the store to get somebody and the woman that was helping someone gave her a really bad scanner of some kind so she had a hard time until she went to another area to borrow one you guys need to get those things fixed

Wal-Mart West Green Bay is a good store. Staff is very helpful n friendly. The self checkouts could use a little TLC. The parking lot is less desirable but a busy parking lot means busy store. A little scary at night with undesirables drinking beer in front of store from time to time. A little more police presence could be adapted maybe?

Trash auto service. Took 3 hours for an oil change. They said " there is a few cars ahead of you" 10 cars ahead of me is not a few. Then after about an hour, they stopped bringing cars into the work shop. Watched the workers stand around and talk. For 30 minutes they didnt work on a single thing. 3 hours for an oil change. Garbage.

Attitude and helpfulness of the staff is always 5 stars. Our W. Mason St. store is one of the very best. Our main concern is the thug element hanging-out in the parking lot in the evening. Management should request GBPD to make more frequent pass-throughs. Security can only do so much, this is understood.

The prices for most things are the best in the area. The food is a little more expensive than elsewhere - but the produce is always fresh looking. The parking lot configuration has always been congested - a very busy corner and busy store. If you live closer to the De Pere location, try that one instead.

Ive never physically been to this store and probably never will be. I called and asked to pick up an item and they told me that they had it but couldnt give it to me because it was blocked. From where Im standing all I see is extremely poor customer service.

Parade of lowlife trash at its finest, not to mention there are never any registers open except the self checkout, ( I dont even remember applying for a job here) and just hope you dont have a question, most employees struggle with breathing.
