Its a Walmart, prices are okay, they have most things you need and you can be in and out quickly. This store manages to stay pretty clean and you dont see many people of Walmart photos showing up on websites, from the shawano area. Walmart is terrible but when its the best option in town, well then its the best option in town. Most managers could give 2 craps about your needs, and the employees that do care, hate their jobs. Make them smile, they really need it. Walmart is all American alright, as in all they really care about is making money and treating staff like crap. Genuinely talk to some of the employees and you will quickly realize, management and headquarters are the biggest issues.

I try to get most of my shopping done in other stores because walmart in shawano does not offer wifi and I am unable to ger service in their store. I shop there when I can but when Im looking for the ability to Google items such as gluten-free items I need to shop at other stores. Sad because walmart in shawano is fully aware of this problem but they are dragging their feet on fixing it. All other walmart stores didnt play around and they got wifi for the customers.

While Walmart has mostly anything you can think of, this one fails to carry quality produce and fruit. Two kinds of apples, rotting strawberries, and a whole plethora of fruits and vegetables that have already started to go bad. The deli is very hesitant to serve customers, youll be ignored for a few minutes until they finally give in and barely make an effort for customer service. Oh, and to top things off, you cant even find a simple butter dish here!

The biggest problem with this particular store is; the shelves are always poorly stocked, the department reps, and the customer service reps, have very poor customer service, bad attitudes and people skills. "If you dont want to help me or assist me, dont work there". I know they deal with rough people, but not everyone is like that. Sharing views of many.

Went in to get a fishing license and some fishing gear. No one was in the sporting goods section (as usual), and I had to ask another Walmart employee to call for someone three different occasions over the intercom to come back to sporting goods. I waited for over an hour and no one ever came. I guess they just didnt want my business...

I took my car to get an oil change and the old farts that work at the shop said the oil drain plug was "too tight" and they could not perform the oil change. Maybe wal-mart needs to invest in people that are able to proficiently perform their job accordingly, along with A LOT more customer service because it is horrible!

Pharmacy is a joke here, typically wait well over acceptable time to pick up a prescrition that is ready. Let alone come in 5 hours after a prescription should be filled only to be told 45 minutes! People dont have time for this!! Something needs to be done to better organize this place please.

Seriously lacking customer service! Camping nearby and stopped in for some water shoes..asked employee in shoe dept at store if they had any ...looked at us blankly and walked away...no answer..nothing..better training would help! Went to Dunhams up the road..$6.99 great customer service!

Walmart is my happy place!!! The employees are very cheerful. They acknowledge you even in passing, ask if your finding everything, if you happen to be looking about for something, they jump right in, and walk you to where the item/product is. Amazing!

Horrible. When are the pharmacy people going to get their act together? I call a day ahead of time for meds, and they still werent ready when I got there. So many people behind the counter and it still takes forever to get your meds.

Well managed and staffed. Friendly and helpful automobile service department. Poor selection of products in the grocery department. They dont even carry cheese spread in this Dairy State! Other departments are run and stocked well.

Its a Wal-mart. Decent one, but most employees hate it here. Most of the management here can delegate but you wont see them leading by example and picking up slack as needed. Stop in a few times and watch, youll see what I mean.

We sat at fabric counter for 10 min while clerk cut one yard of fabric. Another 10 minutes to figure out ticket printer, another 10 minutes to get batteries for it then she still didnt know what she was doing.

The usual Walmart fare, but they keep aisles clean and open which helps expedite shopping. Many of the staff have been there long term and check-out is usually efficient and pleasant.

Nice selection, clean and multiple ways to check out. Deli was well stocked but waited longer than wanted at deli. Very busy there for chicken and deli selections
