To anyone who works here, I honestly feel so bad for you. We did the self service register and all of us, including others needed employees to put their codes in for almost EVERY ITEM. not only that but it didnt know the price of a grapefruit or strawberries. They were so polite and nice about it but there was nothing they can do. The prices are good for some items, and others are too high. Overall the store didnt have much energy to it, it was kinda slow. The service systems need to be greatly revised. I also NEVER saw a manager step in? Even after everyone was having problems, no one besides regular employees were helping. I saw the manager, he was talking to the cashier at the Cafe.

Great customer service. Was checking out Sunday morning and my daughter spilled my full Starbucks coffee all over the floor by the register. The woman at the register and another woman whom was either a team lead or manager were so nice and helpful. First made sure my child was ok and didnt have hot coffee on her and then simpathized with me as they both have kids. The team lead/manager then gave me a $5 gift card to get a new coffee. They turned an embarassing, stressful situation around and I am very thankful for that! Good work ladies!

I live in Plainfield and I havent seen a target in forever with a self checkout. For me that makes or breaks it. Meijer and Walmart have self checkout but those places get so crowded and loud. Target is so nice, quiet, and fun to shop. I am willing to travel out of my way to come here because the self checkout and the produce section that is as big as Walmart! I love this target so much!!!! All targets need self checkout!

I received such outstanding customer service from an employee named Brianna. She works in the customer service area and she just went above and beyond to help me find some items they didnt have in their location. She called the stores for me until she located the items I was looking for. More people need to be like her!

Good selection of product and food section is a little more $$ then other supermarkets but is convenient and easy to find products. The lines are intolerable at this place, you can stand in line for 5 minute easy. even the self checkout have lines. There are plenty of stuff on there is just a lot of people.

Conveniently located. Ample parking space. I found this store to be better in terms of produce availability, compared to the one on Rt. 59 in Naperville. Good bunch of people managing the place. P.S. Get the Target card for 5% savings on your spend in Target stores.

I didn buy anything since i learned it was not safe. I replace my card and experience loss of a part of me. I will never go there again. And before that one of register supervisor looks like lost when the line start to grow. She was completely helpless.

I love shopping at this Super Target store. They have a much larger selection of items, and an awesome bakery. Their cakes are delicious...better than most bakeries. Wish we had a Super Target in the Plainfield or Romeoville area.

All the time I get to a Walmart , Jewel or Kohls I have the feeling I know where everything is located, not here... anyways is a 3 stars cause everything about this store is average, nothing outstanding, nothing bad either.

I go in frequently for quick items I need to pick up before or after work. It is not usually very busy and the self check out lines are always short. Its a bit expensive for the basics, hence four stars instead of five.

Slightly smaller target and clearance tags are all over the shelves with no items to match. Its also very difficult to find someone to help you with anything. They could use some zone training at this location.

This is a great replacement to Walmart Super Center. I was hard pressed to find an employee in the mens clothing area but that isnt a bad thing sometimes hahah. Overall, this is a clean place with many options.

Transvestite Friendly. This is a Super Target. Im able to do all my grocery shopping at this store while not worrying about any employees or customers giving me any looks. Also has a family restroom available.

The staff is friendly and helpful here and everything is fairly efficient, even during busy times. I can almost always find what I need here, and the other stuff I buy from a specialty store anyway.

Very clean. Target mobile host not helpful. Could not tell me the process for getting a Samsung 8+ in tje color I wanted. Did not go the extra step of looking for other locations for the phone.

Nice staff - sell beer and wine which is nice. Look out for the sales on diapers cause they make it worth while. I like the pick up option that they help. Makes it easy to get in and out.

This is the nicest Target Ive ever been in. I love shopping here. Its got a full-on grocery with fresh food, deli, bakery, etc. There are a ton of checkout lanes and really friendly staff.

A good place for nearly everything. The only thing I am hesitant to buy here is produce. Its very rare that I find produce that lasts. Outside of that, its a pretty good location.

Good prices good selection even has food selection. It is a large place and can sometimes be overwhelming unless you know where things are. However there are good help available

A fully loaded target, pharmacy, grocery, goods. The main departure from Diehl is a real pain where a three way stop always has people unsure.
