Normally I really like TJ Maxx, but this stores customer service is terrible. I placed a TV table on hold to be picked up later (I had to borrow a truck to transport it). When I went in later to pick up the table, they manager had informed me they sold the table. WHAT? That is such a poor customer experience. I think the manager needs to work on internal communication to her staff, maybe starting with what "ON HOLD" means?

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Never asked how we were how shopping was. My wife had to start and run the simple interaction. Then as soon as I gave the clerk some cash she continues to repeat stating I was short which I had to continue to state i was doing a split transaction. In the end she stated I was the confusing one and didnt apologize for the irritating experience.

Store is not visitor friendly. I have never been greeted by an employee or ask if I need help. Cloths seem overpriced and of poor quality.
