Very large shop with so many different dresses to choose from. I have read many reviews of people saying that all the dresses on hand were size 0 or 00. My daughter is a size 0 and we actually had a hard time finding dresses in her size. I saw a greater number of dresses size 6 and up than I did 0-4. The dresses can be expensive as another pointed out but we were able to find many that were $300 or less, which was our budget. All of the employees were very helpful and really interested in the thoughts of my daughter and what she wanted in style, fit, and color. Sara was amazing and in the end found "the one". It was a little over budget, but ended up being everything my daughter was looking for without costing an arm and a leg. They even made sure to mark the dress in their system so the same dress/color could not be sold to anyone attending the same event at her school.

This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had!!! Hands down! I came in and they told me to pick out any dresses I thought I liked no matter what size they were. A lot of the ones that I really liked were a size 0 or 00. I figured they would go pull things from the back in my size once I found ones I liked, but when I asked again the worker told me I would have to be a smaller size to try on any of the dresses I had picked! Theyhad NO choices for me to try on. I think its ridiculous that a store could assume everyone wears a size 0 and not carry any other dresses. I would definitely NOT recommend going here if you wear anything over a 2. They were horrible and rude to me the whole time and I wouldnt want anyone else to go through that.

My daughter and I came looking for homecoming dresses here after we had been to the mall and had NO LUCK. What a fun place to walk into! Dresses organized by color! Every style we could imagine! The sizes we were looking for! It was such a pleasant experience! We have 2 more years of dances and this will be our only stop. The girls were so nice and helped her find the perfect dress AND shoes AND jewelry. We have told all her friends about this place and I know many of them went there as well and had an equally great experience.

I went to The Prom Shoppe with a dream dress in mind, and I got exactly what I wanted. The saleswoman, Jen, was extremely helpful and patient. I told her what I had in mind, and she came back with a dress I otherwise would never have picked up myself. It was a black mermaid dress. I tried it on and instantly I was in love with it. The dress is perfect, and I wouldnt be nearly as happy with my purchase if I didnt have Jens help. Everyone there is so nice. All of the dresses are beautiful. The Prom Shoppe is perfect! xoxo

What a wonderful experience for my daughter! It was her first prom, and she wasnt sure on what style she wanted. The girls at The Prom Shoppe helped her pick dresses and were so nice! It is a very friendly, warm environment for the girls. My daughter bought a dress, shoes, and accessories all in one stop! We will continue to come back to The Prom Shoppe for all our homecoming and prom dances! Thanks for all the help Prom girls!!

I loved this store so much! I had a great experience, the staff was very kind and super helpful and the dresses were gorgeous. Everyone calls you by name and makes you feel very welcome. I was nervous going in because I read some bad reviews especially from girls larger than model size (such as myself), but my experience was fantastic. I found a beautiful dress and Im so excited to wear it. I definitely recommend this store.

Overall great experience! We drove 3 hours to get to this store and we will go again for future dresses. It was extremely busy and my daughter was getting frustrated because the dress she came for was gone but our Lady that helped in the dressing room was super patient with my daughter (and me) and worked to find the perfect dress for her. Daughter left happy, mom left happy!

It was horrible, we went there to look for prom dresses and they did not have anything for less then three hundred dollars, and had hardly any sizes over a three. And they treated us like crap they even told me that i would not find a dress for under $400 in my "size" a.k.a. a size 12. We left right after that, leaving me feeling self conscious and underwhelmed

Ive been to lots of different dress shops and this one is by far the best! The dress selection and salespeople are fantastic! Brooke took great care of me, she was very helpful and made me feel right at home! If youre ever looking for a special occasion dress, you should definitely check this place out and ask for Brooke!

Wow. I never had a bad experience here before but I came in and Jen was extremely rude. She kept giving me looks through the mirror and questioning everything I was looking at. I felt that i could not shop peacefully without being interrogated. I felt very horrible when I left. I dont think Im ever coming here again.

LOVED this shop! Very welcoming and they always call you by name! They will get anything for you and they are also so patient! So glad I bought my prom dress from here! If it wasnt my senior year I would go back again! This will definitely be my first recommendation to all of my friends!

A customer service experience like nowhere else! A great selection of dresses size 00-26 in price ranges for everyone. The staff is friendly, young and helpful and knows all about the latest prom and homecoming trends and can help you find the perfect dress and accessories!

Really disappointed with the management of this store. The staff was unhelpful and the dresses were inconveniently organized by color rather than price. There was a wait for the dressing rooms, and their system was very unclear.

Loved this place from the moment we walked in the door. The staff couldnt be more helpful. Didnt just find one dress but found 3!. It was nice to be left alone but helped when we needed it. There selection was awesome.

Very extensive range of color and size for dresses and tuxedos not much sitting room though for bored boyfriends. staff was also very nice and the amount of dressing rooms easily accommodates large groups.
