I used to love this store when I was younger. Now, theyve majorly decreased the quality of the clothes, but the prices have gone up at least 2 1/2 times from what they used to be. The line is always winding to the back of the store, and if your fortunate enough to find someone working on the floor when you have a question, dont even bother asking. Youll only get an attitude with a response of I dont know. Ive found I have much better luck these days if I go across the street to American Eagle. Yes, Im going to pay more than twice the price for a pair of jeans, but Ill still have tnose jeans in a few years. If I bought them from Old Navy, Id nerd to be replacing them in a few months.

This is the 3rd time Ive experienced this otherwise Id chalk it up to bad luck. The signage at the store is terrible. Have, on multiple occasions gotten to the register thinking I had items that were on sale only to find out that it was the item next to it that was on sale, or a different size of the same shirt, or today where in a massive pile of shirts marked sale, the hockey ones werent. Top it off with standing in line with a whiney baby today for 15 minutes only to discover 3 of my 5 items were not as they seemed. Done with Old Navy.
