This is still a new store (opened in fall of 2015) and it has kept well and clean. Another great point about retail stores like this is that they are able to keep register lines to a minimum -- quick and easy checkout. Stock is replenished relatively quickly, and the selection/pricing of clothing is great. Their fragrance selection is pretty standard, however, and while my wife and are are usually able to grab a gem every now and then from a Burlington, we have not been so lucky with this location (yet). But no complaints.

Didnt even know about this location. Ran in on a whim looking for a specific size in a dress for my niece. All the other Burlingtons havent had what Im looking for and I found it!! And to top off my excitement, it was even on sale. I saved myself over $25 compared to another store I could have bought the dress at. Very clean and well organized store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Ive always enjoyed shopping at Burlington but did not have one close by. Now that the new has opened up in Crystal Lake, I love going there. It is very clean, friendly people, and have just everything you could want. since I go to Crystal Lake quite a bit, it is really convenient having one so close again. I never come home empty handed.

I dont want to let this hidden gem out to anyone but here I go.... this store literally has it ALL! Very reasonable prices, selection that trumps all other stores, name brands, high end brands.... but plan to spend time hunting through the good & the bad. Kinda like TJMaxx- you gotta look to find.

Starting to get a little full of stuff and hard to get around in but the prices are still reasonable seems like some of their staff changes a lot and be careful with the layaway policy otherwise I find very good deals here

Super friendly Staff. the store as well as the bathrooms as very clean. once in a while you get good deals. i recommend coming after holidays. everything is on sale

Staff wasnt friendly at all. Selection sucked. Only time anyone said anything to us was at the fitting room. Not happy at all, and wont come back.
