VERY RUDE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! BRIANNA, AN EMPLOYEE, SHOULDNT EVEN BE ALLOWED TO BE IN PUBLIC - SHE HAS THE POOREST ATTITUDE!!! IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BY THE CASHIER AND THE MANAGER. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE, AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TJ MAXX. I purchased a pair of heels, which had a security tag. The tag had punched through the strap of the shoe, leaving a hole. It probably would have been ok, but the girl (her name is BRIANNA) at the register was "fighting" with the machine to remove the tag. The harder she twisted it, the bigger the hole got. Brianna succeeded in not only making the hole in the strap bigger, but she also destroyed material of the entire strap of the shoe. The manager took off $3, when it was a $60 pair of shoes. Not a good enough deal, in my opinion, but I did want the shoes. However, I tried to talk to BRIANNA and say something nice, like - "Well, I really do like the shoes and I hope you dont think Im being rude." The only response I got was a glare from her. Again, I attempted to be nice and said, "I really do apologize if you think Im being rude - Im really not trying to upset you." Again, I got her glare and rolled eyes. Finally, I had enough - but was still nice and said one more nice comment. She didnt look at me, didnt ask if I wanted the receipt in the bag or my hand, she forgot to ring up my entire purchase, and then she just shoved the bag at me - which would have dropped to the floor in front of me, if I hadnt caught it. VERY RUDE!!!

I have been to many T.J Maxxs and I find this one to be just okay. The choices in clothing is very limited in all departments. Its a smaller store. I did find that the associate in the jewelry area was very nice and helpful. I was shopping for some small gold post earrings and she was very courteous and interested in helping me. The wait in line to check out is usually pretty fast. I find the store just doesnt really have a lot of items or selection. I love to browse while I shop and this store just do it do it for me. I will shop here again from time to time because I sometimes do find a treasure usually around the holidays.

This is a pretty solid TJ Maxx location. The woman who works the jewelry counter is very friendly and always greets me when I come in. They do a good job of keeping the store organized, theres always someone walking around straightening up. My only real complaint Ive experienced at this location is that the cashiers are very persistent about trying to get you to sign up for a credit card when you go to check out. No means no, I just want to pay for my items and leave instead of being badgered with your sales pitch. 10% off my $12 purchase is not going to sway me to sign up for a credit card lol.

Had a good selection of clothing. Even clearance still had some good items. Amazing pant selection. If you have 8 1/2 - 10 shoe size in womens there are some cute shoes but not a lot.

I overheard the manager of this store making an inappropriate comment about the appearance of one of the elderly employees while he was working. Distasteful and rude.
