was very unhappy with my trip to JC Penny. I bought item on black Friday and was lied to. These item were to be on a mail in rebate. I had ask an employee to make sure this was the corrected item and they said yes. We I got home and looked at the rebate the items I had bought were the wrong item. I called to see if there was anything the could do and I was told no. I will not be shopping at this location any more and I will not be shopping with Penny on black Friday. I have learned/

After recently shopping at Kohls and Macys, I decided to stop by this JC Penney and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, great selection and clean store. Extremely wonderful experience and definitely a step above the other local competitors that failed to provide me with what this location delivered. 5 stars all the way!

I think their costume jewelry and scarves dept is the best thing they have going for them. I never find a piece of clothing I like and I have looked. I was surprised to see Liz Claiborne here, they used to be in Macys (maybe still are) but the quality seems to have gone down along with downgrading to JCP.

I went there for the first time to get an eyebrow and lip wax. The stylist used the hottest wax of my life and ended up with second degree burns on my eye lids. Called corporate and was disappointed. All they did was apoligize. I wont give them a second chance. would you?

Amanda at JC Penny salon could not be better! She has been doing my hair for years and has done my and all of my sisters and friends weddings. All the girls that work there are so sweet. Its worth driving over an hour to still go here since I moved!

Penny shoes always got way too high prices. Unless Im missing something really dont like the selection anymore. Although the store seems to be more modern than the last time I stepped in a Pennys I can see why its waning in popularity

Great store with a ton of merchandise. Not sure that I like the new sales structure. Instead of the individual items being on sale, you have to spend x number of dollars to receive 40 percent. It is hard to calculate the savings.

The only reason I gave one star is because you cant give zero. I went in to get a Malibu treatment. I left with orange hair. Save yourself the aggravation...go somewhere decent to get your hair done!

There is only front cashiers which makes a long line. Prices are always different at checkout. The scanners dont work to check the prices. Coupons can only be used for some stuff.
