For over eleven years I have been going to JCPenny for all of my business attire, casual shoes and business shoes. I thought of myself as a very loyal JCPenny customer. However, this last time that I went in to purchase two new suits for work, I literally stood in the mens department for half an hour, expecting one of the three associates who were screwing around over at the register to take the slightest bit of interest in helping me. Finally, a female associate walked over and said "hey, its hot huh?" and then went back to her conversation with the other associates. Listen, if this were Wal-Mart and I were spending thirty dollars on a suit, I may put up with lackluster service and employees who let me, the customer know, that I am in no way appreciated. But, Im not going to spend a large amount of money on garbage service. I went over to Belk instead and guess what? I was being helped the moment I got there and I have, happily switched my store loyalty.

While shopping at the JC Pennys in Biloxi MS I was trying to checkout when something went wrong with the ONLY open register in the entire store. I decided to try to checkout at the jewlrey counter instead. While I paitiently waited for BOTH sales people to get off the phone(one was clearly a personal call because I could hear the conversation and she was talking about her son) I asked to checkout. I was told sorry you can only checkout up front. I left my merchandise and walked out. Rather than help a customer, I have to watch sales people stand around and do nothing. I called and asked to speak with a manager but was told she was busy. I left my number and a message but my call was never returned. Customers should not have to watch employees standing around chatting and talking on the phone while refusing to offer help. I will not return to a Pennys again.

I shop here off and on! I bought a few bathing suits and I forgot my coupons at home. The sales associate told me that I could come back with the coupons and then they would give me the difference. So I asked her if I needed to bring the bathing suites with me so they can this done. She tells me that I only need to bring the receipt to get the difference back on my card. Well, I can back a couple pf hours later to JcPennys customer service and told another associate what I need and she tells me that I need the bathing suits. I was very unpleased with the service here! Then they had sales associates just standing around talking as if customers did not need help.

I purchased a washing machine on a Sunday, paid that day. Was told it would be at my house that Thursday and possibly before so we agreed those days were okay the day before it was suppose to deliver received a call saying it couldnt be there until that Friday well that Friday we were leaving to go out of town for the weekend therefore, that was not okay then they said we couldnt get it for another 7 days. The people were not concerned nor did they seem apologetic for the situation therefore i canceled my order... I dont suggest buying appliances from them.... very disappointed

The store was a little cluttered but it looked to be they had a sale over the weekend and it had just ended so they were moving stuff around. I was able to get a skirt on clearance for $11 that was originally close to 70. There was many good sales and the sales associate that helped me was awesome I did not catch her name but she help me find my size in the skirt and then she help me find a coupon 2 get a discount even farther she was awesome

This is a salon review. I highly recommend coming here and seeing Carlas White for Natural curly hair/Natural hair. She is knowledgeable in how to shape natural hair as she has 17 years experience. She was able to fit me in last minute and rescue my hair!!! I look forward to seeing her again in the future for trims and styles.

Super awesome selection and how can you beat the prices. Especially if you have a jc card sanded then get another 15 to 20 percent off. Sometimes there isnt a lot of staff but compared to where the store was when the last CEO thought it wise to eliminate all coupons etc, they have really turned it back around.

Whenever I need clothes and have the extra cash to spend, I almost always go to JCPenney! They usually have a sale going on for most of their items, and when you apply a coupon from their app, you can save over hundreds of dollars! Theyre my go to department store for my style of clothing!

I had to call the stores main number to get help in the mens shoes department. A nice lady showed to help me. She wasnt much help and she suggested I go to Wal-Mart to find what I was looking for.
