I purchased a pair of boots online from Clear Water Outdoor and cant believe the AWESOME experience I had!! I am an avid online shopper. I do 90% of my shopping online and never have I ever received such caring and excellent customer service! I wasnt expecting much but all of the added little touches (a hand signed invoice thanking me for my purchase) and one of the best prices I found on these particular boots means Ill definitely shop at Clear Water again in the future!

Clearwater Outdoor is my new favorite outdoor store! I went in here looking for a gift and was totally impressed with their selection. Their sales staff are awesome and they have outstanding product knowledge. Theyve got everything from the big manufacturers like Patagonia to kayaks and specialty gear. Definitely stop in here the next time your in Lake Geneva, it feels cool just being in this place! Tons of cool stuff.

I ordered a Patagonia hat for my son from this store - after seeing it in a retail shop but being unable to find the correct size. Not only did the order arrive quickly and accurately, but there was a hand written thank you note on our copy of the invoice. You dont find customer service like that anymore! So glad to have found this shop and I hope to have the chance to do business with them again.

I received a pair of Mens Salomon Nova Softshell pants from Clear Water a couple of days after ordering them earlier this winter. Im happy with the pants so far. They are lined. When you team the Nova pants with a good base layer you can wear them during the polar vortex. You can also wear them into the store or coffee shop without looking like a complete geek.

Absolutely love the Clearwater Outdoor store! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything that they sell. They carry the best brands that you can buy including Patagonia, Mountain Hardwear, Arcteryx, Marmot, etc. They also carry sweet accessory brands including Suunto, Native and Clean canteen. They also rent Kayaks and Paddle boards!

I live in Canada and am frequently frustrated by the extortionate shipping charges some online retailers charge (e.g. $31 to ship a 5 oz item that could fit in an envelop. Really?). But that is not the case with Clear Water. They offer fast shipping for a very reasonable price. I recommend them to all my outdoor freak friends. Good on you guys. Cheers!
