Wow, I would never recommend this shop. I took my 2 hybrids in last year for a "tune-up" and walked away $170 poorer and bikes that werent even fixed correctly. One of them had to be taken back in to actually get the gears adjusted correctly (I had 3 out of 21 after they put on a new cable) and the wheels trued, which was supposed to be part of it. I went there in the first place because of long time owner, Marty, but was extremely disappointed that the new owner didnt even seem interested in bikes or people. Maybe it was just me but I would never go back based on that experience.

Robbie is very knowledgeable, friendly and VERY easy going. Had a GREAT experience, did not overwhelm my wife (which does not know a lot of biking), which made it very easy at the shop. Will return for all of my biking needs.

This is the place to go if you want your bike shifting as smooth as butter!!! Excellent service and pricing, Rob does an awesome job ! I brought my mountain bike to him and had it back in 2 days finely tuned up!!

Marty Gauss is the best wrench I know. Hes no-nonsense, practical, and friendly. If you dont want to be upsold, go to Total Cyclery. Its the best shop in town, and probably the best shop in the region.
