These guys are amazing. I found them on a living social deal and decided to give them a try. They are a little out of my way but they they were worth the trek. I dropped off my hybrid for a simple tune-up at about one oclock and got a voice-mail from Chris at five oclock telling me it was done. I was not expecting it the same day so I rushed back to get it before closing. My bike was sitting in the garage for two seasons so it was not in good shape but when Alan brought it to the front it looked just like new. They had changed the front tube and recommended a kick stand that for some reason I never got. No more parking my bike on the ground. Alan installed in less than 60 seconds, which would have taken me longer to find the the right wrench. I took it outside for a spin and it was only then that I noticed the real difference. The shifting was smooth and the wheels felt true. I was so exited I wanted to ride it home but did not have my helmet. I know this is not the cheapest place to maintain your bike but for the costumer service they provide and the attention to detail I think they are reasonably priced. Will definitely cycle back to Glenview Cycle!

I wasnt sure what to expect, and I went to 3 different shops. If timing wasnt an issue, I probably would have tried the cheaper place. Glenview Cycle wasnt the cheapest, but wasnt the most expensive either. What sold me was their speed. While the other two shops (maybe too busy) wanted a week to tune up my bike. Glenview Cycle promised me 2 days, and did it same day. Result, amazing. I spent $70 for tuneup and $25 for new chain and labor (again, both a few bucks more expensive than some places), they were very good at telling me what I need AND DONT NEED. I wanted to re-grease wheel hubs, they said no need. Picked up the bike today, and wow.... it really feels like a brand new bike again. I know Im gonna be a few minutes faster on my Triathlon this coming Sunday!! Thanks Chris!!!

I decided to get in shape and save the environment at the same time so I went to Glenview Cycle. I had no idea since my last bike was a laguna 101 BMX back in the 80s! I had gone to another shop and left because I have a standing rule - if I have to stand around to wait for help - I leave. When I came in I was immediately greeted, the rep ask a few questions, took account of my budget, what I was trying to accomplish etc and i can say I love the bike I bought. The service was excellent, the product was excellent and as an executive - getting in shape helps me think better and make better decisions. These guys rocked!

I just bought a new Giant from Glenview Cycle and was very impressed with how kind and helpful Alan and the staff were. After visiting two other bikes shops the employees were rude and blunt with me -- how they are in business Im not sure. Glenview Cycle made the process easy and seamless, they listened to my questions about bikes and what I needed the cycle for and suggested a couple bikes for me to try out. I knew immediately that the Giant was the right fit after a short ride. Ill definitely be coming back to this location for servicing ect -- thanks for making the process so easy!

I was disappointed with my tune up. First, I did not think it was thorough, as I could still see rust on my brake pads, etc. A great tune up would have gone through all my brakes and completely cleaned them off and regreased all my parts. I dont think they did that. Second, it was overpriced and if I had known the quality, I would have just done it myself. Last, they tried to add on a bunch of extras on the end and bugged me into buying more stuff, which was also overpriced. I am not going back there.

Ive been here multiple times and always leave happy. The guys here are always very helpful and friendly and know their stuff on bikes. I bought my bike before I found these guys, but everything I get now comes from them. I bought a rack for my car recently, which they were out of when I came in. They told me when it would be in and even held it in the back for me till I could make it in to get it. Great to do business with, Ill be sending everyone to them from now on.

I stinking love the bike shop that I purchased my bike from but its a bit of a trip. I stumbled upon these guys just because I needed some lights. Highly, highly recommend them. They are so kind and knowledgable. I came in real quick at the end of the day so they could throw on a phone clip, they did it in two seconds and filled my tires, no charge even right before close. They knew my bike even though its a little odd. Great store. 100% will be back for sure.

I was referred here by my father-in-law. I went in on Sunday for a tune-up. They did a quick analysis of the bike and determined it did in fact need a tune-up. They said it would be ready on Tuesday, but I got a call on Monday saying it was complete. I was very happy to get the call a day early. The service was quick, friendly and very professional. I would recommend you check this place out.

These guys were very helpful. Was looking for various accessories (bike tube, wheel lever, repair kit), they were very helpful and knowledgable. Purchased my bike at another shop, but definitely would instead come to here for servicing, etc. Alan (either the mgr. or owner) is knowledgable and doesnt mind questions. I will definitely come here again.
